Welcome to Pet Samaritan Clinic Pet Samaritan Clinic was established in the early 1900’s to care for the horses that pulled the trolleys from the Willamette River into the Portland residential area. Nearly 100 years later, the clinic remains in its original location on East Burnside in Portland, Oregon. Our little red brick building has welcomed many, many pets into its open door. Dr. Kennedy has been our cockatiel Bunnie's doctor since she was a baby (Bunnie, not Dr. Kennedy). It is not easy to find an animal clinic that accepts birds. The staff at PSC has always been very friendly and helpful and they treat Bunnie like she is their only/most special patient. It is with great confidence that we bring Bunnie to PSC whenever she needs a wing/nail trim or general health evaluation. It is our belief that PSC plays a great part in Bunnie being almost 24 years old - happy and healthy.

Pet Samaritan Clinic has amazingly kind and friendly staff that have provided exceptional care to a number or our rescue dogs through Agave Dogs Rescue. They go above and beyond to support local rescues helping homeless dogs in need. Additionally they provide a free first wellness exam to our adopted dogs and we have only heard good things from our adopters taking their dogs to Pet Sam. Your pet will be in loving and gentle hands at this clinic.
