We love Pet Samaritan. Everyone is really friendly and knowledgeable. We've been going there over 10 yr and so have seen them work with our very elderly cat (lots of health issues) down to new kittens. We especially love Dr. Erickson. She is so sweet with our cats, and manages to distract them so when she gives shots, they don't even flinch the tiniest bit. She gives really thorough explanations, talks about feeding and routine health, and just seems to care.
The Portland clinic is the best they care so much for the animals. I love my Vet Dr.Sue Erickson and all her staff. I have been going to this clinic for more than 30 years. And I wouldn't think of taking my animals anywhere else.
Great service, friendly check in staff, and really knowledgeable vets. I was really happy with the time they took to explain things to me and go over necessity of procedures. I trusted their recommendations and didn't feel like they were trying to upsell me. Really liked the ease of scheduling an appointment online.

Pet Samaritan is the best place to take your pet! The staff is friendly, personable and considerate! You can tell they really care about the animals. I love that they always ask about my cat Miro, and the account itself is under his name, those little touches keep me coming back!
This is a wonderful animal clinic! The staff and doctors are always very friendly. I go here often to pick up my cat Miro's prescription food. One time they were sadly out of his food, but they quickly referred me to another nearby animal clinic where I could pick it up! Thank you so much!

Dr Erickson has taken great care of our cats for years. She is so warm and empathetic and she explains the options very well. The techs and staff are friendly and knowledgeable and they know how to make our cats feel special.
We have used Pet Sam for 25 years through the youth and aging of several cat children. Their professionalism and empathy is stellar.
