We have been taking our pets here for about 40 years. Different vets throughout the years, of course. We have been so pleased with the care that we have received from all of the staff here. Reception is wonderful, techs are great and the vets are knowledgeable. To anyone reading prior reviews about them running late, let me say that I hear your comments. These guys are the best! Super friendly staff and doctors. Dr Erickson is really straightforward with her medical advice and her techs are always friendly. We've seen all the vets and they're all great, but we especially love Dr Erickson. They staff is always quick to great you and will almost always fawn over your animal (who doesn't love that?). The only downsides are parking (which is not their fault) and sometimes the wait time can be long on Saturdays.

We love Dr. Klau and the staff at Pet Sam. They always made our pup feel special and Dr. Klau is very thorough and always takes the time to make sure you understand the options and what's going on. Dr. Klau and staff are also great at following up after a visit to make sure the treatment plan is going well. Equally as important, our dog LOVED everyone there. I brought my 15 year old kitty in for a checkup and a refill on meds, and the people (all the people) were just the best. Friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, accommodating, and compassionate. I was given myriad options for testing, in scale of priority, along with pricing options. I love that. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a vet. Love 'em. They came highly recommended to me from a patient who's been with them for more than 10 years.

These folks are great. They are the best -- friendly, helpful, and the doctors are very knowledgeable. They will give you numerous recommendations of what to do and what to expect if your pet has a problem, and the treatment plans outline the steps and the costs. They also have pet insurance, which is very helpful. If you go there a lot, by all means get the insurance! The staff at Pet Sam have practically become family this past year. I can't express how deeply grateful we are to have Dr. Klau and the team taking care of our senior dog Tilly during her battle with an autoimmune disorder and subsequent reaction to medications. Dr. Klau was invested in helping us find a solution to help save our girl and provide her with the best quality of life possible. I brought my new doggie here for the first time today and everyone who works at the clinic was so nice and so welcoming to us. My dog came from a farm and so he's not used to the city yet and has not been to a vet in several years. The folks at Pet Samaritan Clinic were very gentle with him while he was getting hit shot and his microchip and he left very happy doggie and excited for his next adventure! I am very excited to bring my pet here for the rest of his life :)

I've been going here for years. I miss Dr. Davies, but all the other vets are great, too. I appreciate the clear layout of costs, no surprises, and practical down-to-earth conversations about care and decisions. They are not judgmental and are not pushy about trying to get you to spend extra money on unnecessary procedures like some other vet clinics. They are caring and kind, and have always treated my dog very well.

I've been with Pet Samaritan for many years! They did an excellent job with my first doxy, Sadie, especially when she injured her back and needed surgery. My second doxy, Roscoe, has been well taken care of also, Dr. Erickson is very thorough and Dr. Levi is very supportive. Sue
