I moved to this area about a year ago and have been taking my cat and boxer mix, both elderly, to see Dr. Klau since. He always takes the time to explain what he thinks is going on with their health and the rationale behind his recommendations. When I brought my dog in to have a lump checked out, I was worried that an expensive biopsy would be the only way to find out if it was cancerous. I've been taking my dog Bailey to Pet Samaritan Clinic for years. Bailey is now 12 1/2 and healthy and happy. I can get an appointment quickly--even emergency appointments. I have seen three of the vets, but primarily see Dr. Ewing. She is experience and kind--even gets down on the floor to talk to Bailey eye-to-eye. Recommend.

I started going here after adopting a FeLV+ cat. The shelter that I adopted him from takes their cats here. I'm a student, so my financial resources are limited, but I prioritize my pet's health to the extent that I'm able. I signed up for the wellness plan to get discounts on office visits and etc. I haven't shopped around much, though I imagine that I could find cheaper pet care in town. We just adopted a kitten from OHS last weekend and I was able to get a same-day appointment at Pet Samaritan today. I emailed them our kitten's health records, and Dr. Klau was already well-versed on her history by the time we got there. I really appreciated his thoroughness and the compassionate demeanor displayed by him and the vet tech. I am so relieved to have found a clinic like Pet Samaritan, it's really eased my new-mom anxiety. Dr. Ewing is the best vet I've ever been to. She is truly concerned about the pets health and well being. You don't have to worry about being charged for something your pet doesn't need. The chain vets work on a quota and have to see so many pets per day and as many services they can get in is what I've heard from someone (not Pet Samaritan ). My dog was misdiagnosed at Banfield.

My dog has gone to this place since she was a puppy. They have taken the absolute best care of her always. Today they were so kind to me when we had a little emergency. Thank you everyone at Pet Samaritan!! Robin & Chevelle!

I have been taking my pets...dogs, cats, rabbits, and birds...to Pet Samaritan for the last twenty some years. They are compassionate, friendly, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and thorough. I have had only good experiences. Karen

Cost-conscious but more than that, friendly and professional - they understand animals and pet-owners. I've had great experiences with both our greyhound and our two cats. Highly recommend Pet Samaritan Clinic!
