If you value your time and dignity, then don't bother. Made an appointment online. Showed up 15 minutes early as per instructions. They have a screen with a list of patients, the order in which they will be seen, and estimated wait time. Checked in, and my name popped up first on the list. Proceeded to wait 45 minutes and 6 people were called ahead of me. What's the point of making a reservation and posting a list if they don't take the patients in order? In the words of Seinfeld "you know how to *take* the reservation, you ... read more
Business response:
I am very sorry for your long wait. We do try to get patients that reserved their time seen and treated as close to their allotted time as possible. Occasionally, the severity of a walk-in patient can push everything back, but I am not sure what occurred in your situation. I have passed your comments to our clinic manager for her to review. Thank you for your feedback, it helps us to find problems and improve.
No stars. I tried calling them to make an appointment and every time that I hit zero to be connected to the front desk, I heard someone answer the phone and disconnect me. TWICE. Therefore, no appointment with them. Time to train your staff to not be so rude to sick people, since sick people are your business. Wow.

I am so sorry to hear that! I have sent your comments to our clinic manager to investigate the phone problem.
Ahh any time any day it's always been a very long wait. I've been coming here seeing in the same Doctor for many many years and she's great. The only thing is that each and everytime I have to wait for over half our or so and there are times I had to wait for hours!
If you have insurance - BEWARE! The "care levels" they list on their webpage are ONLY for UNINSURED patients. If you have insurance you will pay through the nose - if you have not met your deductible and have to pay the bill yourself. I have had 2 experiences with this facility one personal and one with my boyfriend. My experience is this - I stuck my finger with a quilting pin. The next morning it was red swollen and painful. I went here because I have no physician. I got in easily. If you have insurance you have to prov... read more
Just got the bills totaling over 300$ for the two times I went to the doctor just prescribe me pain killers without addressing the source of my leg/pain . You've been warned. Deserves 0 stars

Updated only because I ended up rage-twittering and had somebody contact me via twitter and attempt to resolve this. I ultimately had to return to the clinic during their business hours with a photocopy of my original insurance card... which they totally accepted this time even though it had never changed. I was refunded the difference of what I paid so I only had to pay the copay. But I also had to spend at least an hour of my free time resolving this, plus a return visit. At least my illness was treated appropriately.
Avoid this place. Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon with a sinus infection. Checked with Admitting on the wait before signing in and was told I would be called next - so about 20 minutes. I signed in and handed over all relevant personal and insurance information. Fast forward and an hour and a half later and I'm back at the admitting desk asking what the delay is. Receptionist has no idea and she looks at me like she has never seen me before. She also won't tell me why people that came in well after I did were called ... read more
EDIT - They agreed to fill my script. Good folks. I would say my initial visit was fine. Needed a couple refills until my insurance kicked in over the course of the next 2 months. Great. As a bonus I was told I could get a couple more refills without having to pay the $150 visit charge. This was stated directly to me by PA Jack Enter. Called today, a month later, and was told this time by Dr. Bayer they WOULD NOT refill my Rx but they would gladly see me again for another $150. Very shady practice! She even told me there wer... read more

Came here today, sitting in a room at the moment, for a spider bite. I made an appt online for 12pm. It's now, 1247 and I have YET to see a physician... For a spider bite? All I need are antibiotics for this bite. Now I'll be heading to work late , for an appt that should've lasted 20mins. I'm beyond frustrated. If I would have gone to CVS this process would have been 1,2,3.
