Got an appointment very quickly and was cared for for the cut on my shin from a fall. I met with Aisha first for initial intake info & exam. She was very pleasant and kind of eased my anxiety. I then met with Michael who was also very nice and thorough. It was not a serious injury but I was very happy with the care I received.
My son fell on a nail so we came here to this Clinic our appointment was at 1:20. We were checked in by Sidney, who was very pleasant and professional Nicole started his visit and he was seen by Patrick The staff here are amazing. They were prompt and professional, and so nice! They got my son, his tetanus shot and sent us on our way. This was such a refreshing visit to an already hectic day. The facility is also well lit and very clean.
New to town and didn't have a primary physician set up yet. I couldn’t have asked for a friendlier and more thorough team of professionals. From the confidentiality used at registration, the friendliness of the nurse, and the care provided by the doctor during and after my appointment. The entire experience was excellent. Grateful to have this team nearby when urgent needs arise.
I had an exceptional experience with Shannon Lewis. She has excellent bedside manners and truly takes the time to connect with her patients. Shannon was thoughtful, thorough, and it was clear that she genuinely cared about my well-being. She carefully considered the best course of action for my health needs, showing both compassion and expertise. Really efficient and knowledgeable. Daniel who saw me was quite kind and had a good demeanor when asking questions to address my health concerns. This place was also CLEAN!! The only thing is that the person working the front desk seemed to be having a bad day but remained polite during our interaction/s which was nice! Despite the negative reviews I do think this is a good and quick place to go if you need it.
