I was in town for a convention and experienced ear pain from my flight. I came across the clinic, went in and was seen within 10 minutes. Everyone was very pleasant. The doctor explained in detail what was going on with my ear and her diagnosis for treatment. She then wrote everything down so I wouldn't forget. It was a very positive experience.

I went to Physicians Immediate Care on a Sunday afternoon at 1:30pm they close at 2pm and I was in and out within 20 minutes. The doctor was very professional and helpful. And I was prescribed an antibiotic and feeling much better by the evening. I would recommend this place.

Wonderful medical care and very thorough. I am from out of town and got sick. It was either this place or the emergency room of some hospital. Since ERs can have wait times of 4+ hours, I didn't mind waiting the 30 minutes it took. Once I was in the examination room, I felt well looked after. I have several medical concerns and take several medications already. Had a sinus infection and walked right on in without an appointment. I saw a doctor in less than 20 minutes. Clean, professional and efficient.

God Bless a doctor on a Sunday afternoon. I never get sick. Like, haven't even had the sniffles in a decade. So when I couldn't get rid of this thing on my own after a few days, and then this thing turned into a fever and then this thing turned into one side of my head being thick and blocked like the Berlin Wall, I knew I needed help. I AM NOT...I repeat I AM NOT...a doctor person. I don't like going to the doctor, I don't like the smell of the doctors office and I am terrified of the equipment in a doctors office. I am so bad with doctors that I usually take someone to go with me for support. The last time I went to the doctor before going to Physicians Immediate Care I fainted from fear. I love Physicians Immediate Care. I have had to go two times and both times the staff has been super nice and informative. I never felt rushed as you do sometimes in doctors offices, they make you feel completely comfortable and they have healthy snacks while you wait. I recommend them if you don't necessarily enjoy going to the doctor, they will totally take care of you.

I went to this place due to a nasty stomach virus that had been plaguing me for almost a week. All of the staff, from the receptionists to the nurse to the doctor I encountered were all extremely pleasant, informative, and empathetic. The nurse especially had a wonderful sense of humor and made me chuckle despite how bad I felt. Also, they got me into a room within 15 minutes and took excellent care of me. I will definitely be back here in the future for any minor emergencies.

Physicians Immediate care in the South Loop is such an amazing alternative to a family practice or even the ER. I was in a bit of pain a few days after getting into a minor accident. I decided to go get checked out on a Tuesday night. Even though I felt as if I might have needed an xray, I thought going to the emergency room was a bit drastic.
