************************* location. Absolutely shameful. Made an appointment for 10:10 and over an hour and a half later. Still not seen. No one gives a s*** and it's the absolute worst experience I've had at an urgent care... And that's saying alot
I went in for a simple UTI. The staff was great. But not $800 great. The bill had tests on it that do not need to be done for a uti. There was no urinalysis even on the bill. Im a nurse and look at results of these tests daily and have never seen anything like what they billed for on one. Its disgusting. I will leave a negative review everywhere I can and warn people on every social media I can to not go there.

****************. This claim was never submitted to my insurance company. When I contacted them to have it submitted, they were reading from a script and would not transfer me to a supervisor for help when I repeatedly tried to tell them that the bill was not sent to my insurance company. I was also told that there is no one in the ** that I could speak with regarding my bill. This was after I was repeatedly spoken over by someone in ***** that was robotic, hard to understand, and rude. I will not go to this clinic again.

Shady billing practices at ***************, they tell you you dont have to pay again if you come back within 7 days BUT then they bill you, terrible that they take advantage of people that cant afford healthcare insurance. They really should be ashamed!!!!
I arrived at the ******* location at 2:41. I was sent home because they told me they were closing at 3. It clearly states on the website that youre open from 8 to 8.
I went for a visit over 2 months ago after receiving confirmation beforehand that my insurance would cover it. The system was down so I had to pay out of pocket and I was told that I would be reimbursed later.I am still waiting and my insurance has already paid them in that time. I have unfortunately experienced the same fraudulent billing practices that others are complaining of.I received a bill in the mail for a balance that should have been covered by insurance. When calling the company on 9/24 I was told they did not bill my insurance and it turned out they had the wrong insurance information and updated and they would rebill which could take 30 days.I was told to disregard this statement.
