From the time that I walked in the door, everyone was smiling and nice. My time with the physician was quick yet thorough. After having a few other less than stellar visits to this location, I was pleasantly surprised with how well this visit went!

I was not able to shake off an earache and sore throat, so neighbors in my building recommended Physicians Immediate Care on South State. So glad I listened! After a short wait, I met with a very competent medical staff person. He pinpointed my issues and gave excellent medical advice. I found the facility to be very clean and the employees very professional. The convenience and close proximity can't be beat. I would not hesitate to go again if need be.

Here to write a follow-up review. Despite my initial problems with the billing, I have now had an overall good experience. I was actually contacted by the company, and the company rep discussed the mater extensively with me. We were then able to reach a compromise acceptable to all. Frankly, I was quite impressed with the follow-up by the company, and their openness and willingness to discuss the billing issue. Had a UTI so I went on a Tuesday afternoon and it was busy so I waited about an hour and a half to get into a room. The staff seemed friendly and the doctor was great. I was in and out of the room within 25 minutes. I reccommend them if you're in a pinch and don't mind waiting a little extra time.

I visited the center twice. Once to get sutures for a finger cut; and 10 days later to have the sutures removed. Both times the wait was less that 10 minutes (on a Sunday and Wednesday - early afternoon). The care received was great both times. I received a follow-up call from the facility both times, about 2 days later) to verify that there were no problems or concerns. The people there were courteous and respectful. They were fast, friendly and overall really helpful! I visited this location since it is close to my work and was in and out in less than 45 minutes! I had just a small injury and they immediately knew what was wrong, and gave me several print-outs with more information about my personal ailment. The staff and the doctor were all very professional, kind and caring. I will definitely be going back here if the need arises!

Quick and easy. We were in out out in less than 30 minutes. Thankfully it wasn't that busy there. Doctor seemed knowledgeable and addressed the issue. I really don't understand how you can ding them on speed. If there is a busy waiting room, you are going to wait. I'm sure it will never be as bad of a wait as a hospital ER.

This is a well-run, friendly, professional, top-notch immediate care option. It's close to my condo, but it would be worth a trip from another neighborhood. It was much more "clinic"- like and upscale than most urgent care centers. The reception staff was efficient, the process for a new patient was easy, the medical assistants were professional and the staff knowledgeable. As a bonus, the physician I saw was a D.O. I went here on a Saturday morning just as they were opening as I had a spider bite that had turned into a nasty infected mess on my arm. I was seen within 10 minutes of filling out the paperwork. They sent the prescription straight to CVS for me, although they also had the antibiotics on site as well. The doctor was friendly and professional.
