Very disappointed in this business and would never recommend. The problem wasn't the medical care..the problem is the ****ing department. I have 3 ****s and I have called several times due to them failing yo **** my insurance. Every time I call they have a new reason why they can't **** them. I've ever had a conference call with my insurance *** and the ****ing ***. I was assured the insurance would be ****ed and not to worry. Tried to bring my very ill 18 year old to the ************ ** location on **************** I made an appointment at 7:25pm online, received a confirmation text and email, there was no appointment time listed on the confirmations, drove my son to the appointment to be told we were late and they cancelled the appointment. When I showed the woman up front the confirmation that was scheduled at 7:25pm she checked with the staff in the back, came back out to tell us to reschedule for the morning. This place is a scam I went to wellnow Urgent Care I paid the $175 visit and a couple weeks later I get a bill in the mail for $75 they said I only paid $100 and I owe $75 for the visit so I called and the guy sees that I paid the 175 but he tells me it's for something else so they're scamming people for $75 every time I bet everyone that goes there gets a $75 bill in the mail and they don't even know what it's for

Terrible care. We walked in at 730 PM after at incident at a restaurant and they said they were closed. We said the sign said opened and we checked online and it said walk ins welcome. She said its open because we are cleaning. Remind you there was no one even at the front desk when we came in. They were all just in the back talking. WellNow has the worst billing department. When you pay your co-pay you need to make sure you know what you are signing because I unknowingly gave them permission to bill my Flex spending card for any additional payments. They did send a text saying that a payment would be processed but because I thought they were spam I deleted them. I received a statement in the mail that reflected a discount and I was planning to mail them a check for the amount on the bill but they went ahead and charged my flex spending account for the t... read more

trash absolute trash sending "bills" to collection a year and half later after having to go there twice for a cold. the first visit and second visit were actually fine i paid in full for the first visit with no insurance no problem. after still not being better after a few days i was instructed by them to come back which i did. the second visit i wasn't suppose to be charge since i was there only a a few days before hand which wow i thought was great and honestly was pretty happy about how they handled this situation i wasnt... read more

Do not go to the WellNow in ********, **. They don't even have a doctor on site. You'll see a Physician's Assistant posing as a doctor. I spent $150 with insurance just for them to take my temperature and prescribe a drug that would have aggravated a pre-existing condition (that he never asked about) if hadn't researched it.

Absolutely unacceptable treatment by this urgent care clinic.I arrived in severe physical pain seeking urgent care. Instead of receiving compassion or professionalism, I was met with total disregard. as far as care, ok. Just very long wait. But as far as payment...ya better be sure what ya have to pay. Ours was way less than what was told. But because their system was down....yea right...we had to pay more. Now trying to get our money back, the difference, just getting the run around. It's been 46 days. They took our money that day and we have to wait this long to get back. NOT right. So better beware on that part of it. Like I said we will not be back. Will go to ER first.
