Low wait time. The provider was knowledgeable and got me in and out quickly. I had a cold and needed to get seen and the doctor was prompt friendly and courteous.

I came here for the first time today, and will likely be back the next time that I am feeling sick. Everything was truly amazing staff was exceptional an caring. The front desk young lady was super sweet and patient and helpful. I have never been to a immediate care office I usually go to the ER, however never again . Dr.A was AWESOME!!! Overall the best place to get help, thank you for the quick service my ear is back to normal :)

Got processed and looked at relatively quickly. Everyone was very nice and caring. I am in from out of town and they fixed me up with a shoe to wear for my broken toe. Gave me the cd with the x-rays to take home to my doctor. Good experience.

I have gone to this location several times and have always had a great experience. It is so hard to get a doctor's appointment with my regular doctor that I just started to to PI. The staff and doctors have always been polite, understanding and efficient. I even received a follow up call to see how I was doing. Great...Thank You Ann C. from Bridgeport

I went there with some.bad flu or chest cold. I checked in about 830am and I was out by 930am.with scrips in hand. Everyone was really nice. Not the usual cold front desk staff. Everyone was super nice . Doctor was nice and thorough. If you are sick I would.go here instead of the emergency room or waiting for.your regular doctor.

Iv been here numerous times and have been treated with kindness, respect and professionalism. The staff can handle everything from stitches to X-rays and run of the mill flu/cold/bronchitis. Very knowledgeable staff.

With two kids, I've become quite familiar with emergency rooms and urgent care facilities. This one on State Street is my preferred location because of the people. Today I'm actually here for me. I know they'll do a terrific job and I'm grateful. What prompted me to write this is what they have on the tv: Joel Osteen, the "televangelist". Seriously people? Not appropriate for a business that caters to people from all cultures. I'll have to research the owners of this chain -- I don't want my $$ going to some RWNJ w... read more

The entire staff was extremely friendly and professional. I've been to far too many urgent care centers, and this was the best I've come across. They got me back quickly, listened intently and the doctor was thorough in his exam to make sure he was assessing exactly where my pain was before doing x-rays. They even have a monitor in the waiting area that displays your first name and last initial with the estimated wait time.
