I made an appointment because I havent been feeling well for days. It was only getting worse. I go online and set up the appointment! Easy! I brought my license and insurance card. Let me start off by saying that we were pleased with the visit at your clinic in ************. But... 1. We were not informed when registering that our insurance was not accepted. 2. Your business DOES NOT send out invoices/bills for balance due. Who does that???3. Almost a year after my daughter was seen, she is receiving calls from a collection company for an unpaid bill that WE had NO knowledge of. She was seen Dec of 2024. You really should rethink your procedures. I can guarantee I WILL NOT use your services ever again.
Had an employee go get a pre-employment drug test 11/6/25 and it is now 11/13/25 still now results. So my employee has not been able to work all week. Nobody at the Clinic in ****, ** has a clue...totally useless. I am right now on the phone with their corporate office for the 3rd time. it seems impossible for anyone there to accomplish anything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Was charged for wrong service. Supposed to be a code error. After calling numerous times, being hung up on, asking to speak to a supervisor and waiting on hold for over a hour, was told that my refund was being processed. To call back in two weeks to request the refund. I have called back to request the refund. Was told it is still processing. After 5 weeks I have been told again that it is still processing. I have been fighting this situation with WellNow for over a year now. Last year I was on my employer's insurance then switched over to my husband's new insurance through his teaching job. I was very sick and visited WellNow a handful of times. My insurance was supposed to lapse, and it would be billed to my husband's insurance. WellNow never did that. If I could give no stars, I would. WellNow provided terrible medical services to my daughter and charged me $1,000 when they should have billed my insurance company, but did not. Many excuses later (billing ticket created with no followup, they cant call my insurance company for whatever BS reason, etc, etc). Run fast from this organization!

Dont take a job with the private urgent care. They charge patients too much for care. They dont have enough employee **urage. They dont have supplies. They dont treat their employees fairly. Take management word or their employees. No union and over worked and underpaid! Barely got breaks and lunch. Cleaning bathrooms and scrubbing floors! Very high school work environment!
