Went in for a routine drug test. Took over an hour and a half. People were waiting for screens but no one was performing them. They are sitting in the back in chairs looking up stuff on ******. The receptionist claims she can't do anything. She is just a low-key receptionist. But doesn't proceed to ask what's happening. Just ignores you. Meanwhile the chart for who is up next keeps changing order. You are number 3 in line. Now you are number 5. That is not how a queue works. Fix this.

Filed paperwork incorrectly. **** generic answers to my request for clinic to look into loss of paperwork. Finally, I went back in to the clinic, spoke to the doctor. He told me they have no record of me being there.Paperwork finally got filed, but still wrong... they put exam date as 2025, not 2026.Still wrong.I called again. Now the only person who can handle this is gone for the day.

As an employer who needs employees vetted for employment, this company is a joke. They tell you to complete forms online before your appointment but still make you fill out paper forms upon arrival because they cant print them out. You wait 2 plus hours even though you have an appointment. They cancel tests you ordered for no reason and charge you for services you dont recieve. Getting the test results for your employees is a joke. Trying to pay your bill is a joke because they keep transferring you from person to person. Th... read more

WellNow stole my money, and I want it back.On June 1, 2025, I visited the WellNow Urgent Care at ******************************************************************************. At the time of the visit, I provided my insurance information and used my bank debit card for the $30 copay. A few weeks later when checking my bank account, I discovered that on July 7 WellNow charged my debit card an additional $250. This was done without sending an invoice of any kind and without my authorization. When contacted, WellNow customer se... read more

The office staff is very nice the billing is awful. The staff were very helpful in getting me the care I needed. Their billing department double charged me for ****** . They could see that they double charged me yet they would not give me a refund. They are keeping my money until they post the payment they got from my insurance from the second bill. I got double charged on my first bill for ******. I need to wait 2 weeks to a month for this to be resolved. I owe a maximum of ***** out of pocket for the second bill.

They tried to take money from my checking account in the amount of $1262. My bank flagged it as fraud. I called the previous week to remind them I have health insurance. My second experience is for a second copay for this visit. They claim lab work is a second copay. FYI don't pay your copay with your debit card. They retain this information and try to bill your account.

I went there for a ************ took longer to fill out the paperwork than it did for the 10 minutes of doctor consultation. They didn't do anything other than say I needed to see a specialist. I have insurance but they still sent me a bill for $400 which I still have not resolved with them. They keep saying they are waiting for payment from the insurance ************** been over 2 months now. I would not recommend them to anyone!!!

At ******************************. With an online appointment the wait is 2-2.5 hours even though the app says I am ready to be seen at check-in. Receptionist is eating while checking in patients and appears to have respiratory symptoms and not wearing a mask! Receptionist says it will do no good if they were to call me when ready to be seen and I must wait 2 hours in waiting room. There should be a better notification system to alert sick patients when they are ready to be seen by providers. But they did take my $75.00 co-p... read more

This company is a scam. I visited WellNow in September of 2025 for a UTI that I knew was a UTI, I just needed a doctor to prescribe me medicine. The doctor proceeds to grill me about possibly being pregnant, having STDs, etc. I repeat that its none of that and I know its a UTI. She says okay and gives me the urine test. In October, I received a $215 bill for the visit, the urine test, and a pregnancy test. I call WellNow to dispute the pregnancy test charge, since I said it wasnt needed, and they give the whole you signed ou... read more
