Quick and efficient! Was able to make an appointment to come in within an hour on a Friday morning. Came in for a travel related issue and the doctor knew how to address it even though he hasn't seen it before. Staff was friendly, caring, empathetic, and helped me quickly. Haven't done covid testing here, but would recommend for urgent care issues.

I understand you might have a different experience on a weekend or as a walk in, but I scheduled a 3:30 appt on a weekday and was seen within 10 minutes. Everyone I spoke to was very thorough and caring and I never felt rushed in the least. Overall a great experience!

Awesome place extremely nice and welcoming staff. Went In with an abrasion that needed stitches had 20 min before closing and Dr Youssef, who had an emergency, was still able to see me right away. I was in and out in 15 minutes it was much better and more personable than any of the immediate cares I frequent. Overall 10/10 5 five star rating.

Had to wait a little while even though I had an appointment but was understandable since it was Lolla weekend (they had an unusual amount of walk-ins given festival injuries) But once I got a room, the staff was insanely nice & helpful! Also like that they have a pharmacy on site.. Would go back again (but hopefully i wont need to anytime soon:)

I had to visit this office twice in October for a nasty case of cellulitis on my back and foot. The doctors and staff were very kind, caring, and truly wanted what was best for me. I couldn't recommend them enough!

I got the help I needed, eventually. The women at the front desk was very kind but was coughing everywhere. She also held on to my ID & Credit Card as I was filling out paperwork, which I didn't feel 100% comfortable with. I made an appointment online and still waited for 40 minutes AND it was not busy. But also, not a lot of people working so I don't blame them. Once I got in the nurse and the doctor who saw me were very kind and knew exactly what I needed to feel better.

Recent visit went smoothly and was great! Major upgrade from my experiences a year or so ago, when the process was inefficient. I previously sent feedback, and hopefully that was incorporated. Limited data points, though.

I was very pleased with care I received and the operation of office. I was there when they opened at 8:00 am - including an X-ray, I was out in about 45 minutes. I was also in contact with my primary care physician in another state and she and the physician assistant (Ben Jones) at the urgent care center agreed on diagnosis and medication. I went in for some tests and was in and out in an hour. Keep in mind there were about three tests being done and I also received the flu shot while I was there. They had my medication filled in there and was given to me right away. No need to go to a pharmacy!! The staff was super friendly and the doctor was very sweet and talked to me about every little detail of my visit. I felt very well taken care of. I will definitely come back and recommend that you go if you ever need to.
