Their billing department is incredibly fraudulent. For a simple routine visit that I often have done they billed my insurance $1,500 and the portion I'm responsible for is $555. I've had this same visit done at a different location (same provider) and with different providers and have never been billed more than $80 for it. I've cross referenced the *** codes with ********************** and noticed they inflated all of the line items but some of them being more than 600%! I experienced racism for the first time in my life. Wellnow's billing practices are predatory and unethical. They sent me a bill for a recent visit and it is nearly impossible to pay because the billing zip code on my account does not match my actual billing zip code, which is the same address that they sent the bill to. The automated service to pay over the phone also says that the account number starts with "WN", mine starts with "PICCH" - none of this makes any sense.On top of that, when trying to call a live person to make the payment, they immediately hang up the phone a... read more

I believe well now urgent care (Physicians immediate care) is actively and knowingly involved in fraudulent billing. I am in dispute now for 2 separate claims from 9 months ago. They are refusing to tell me the place of service code used on the claims. The place of service should be urgent care, not office. ******! WellNow fraudulently charged my credit card $540 for a bill that was not mine. It was an employer ********* comp case. They charged me for it via "autopay" which I never authorized. I spent a total of 5 hours on the phone with customer service, with billing, and with internal. They all refused to send me, my employer, or the workmans comp office any information or itemized statement regarding the charges. Wellnow are scammers for billing. In July we were given a Statement showing a mount owed of $80.95 we paid this. On the statement they indicated we were given a $20.24 discount. Funny ****** statement says we still own this amount even thought there was a discount clearly given. Also date of service was 12-24-2024 Today is ****** 12th.Called customer service person had horrible English skills and was totally unwilling to help.

If I could do zero stars I would. I went in with insurance the same insurance as my husband who has been there multiple times! I had to pay a copay of $180. Thats what they said it was. Then the ** was rude and didnt seem to care at all. Told me to rest my voice and take a few days off from work. When I started worry about pneumonia he then said well it can happen at any time and then left that conversation at that. Will never be going back and I will be trying to get all my money back

Even though my wife and I have 2 family insurance plans, we still got a bill. After 6 calls in 4 months and our insurance companies telling them it was all covered, we still got a bill. Today their representative said the bill was supposed to lower than the statement I just got today, so when I went to pay it online to be done with them, it was back to the statement amount.
