Walked in with and had the best experience possible. From the ladies at the front desk to the Dr and everyone in between were all awesome people. Received the best care I could have ever wanted. Everyone was incredibly friendly and caring. Hopefully I won't need to go back, but I would in a heartbeat.

Loved the service here. Fast, efficient, and really friendly. Sign in paperwork wasn't overwhelming and was seen by the doctor in less than 15 minutes. They also have an on-site pharmacy which saved me time and money.

I went in today (Saturday early afternoon) for a laceration and I knew I needed stitches. I cut my finger on a soup can lid. I debated going to the ER and after visiting their web site, I decided to go in. The front desk intake woman was awesome, kind, patient, helpful and she explained the process. I have never been to an urgent care (I usually go to ER for these types of things). She is terrific and made a wonderful impression. I never knew that this clinic existed. My primary care physician was out for the holiday and I was suffering from a bad UTI, but the young lady answering the phones at my usual clinic told me about the South Loop Physicians Immediate Care and I was sooo happy. They are very professional and nice. Great care and you don't have to leave the building to get your prescribed meds! Wonderful :) Thanks Guys!!

I am never disappointed when I visit this immediate care. Dr. Youssef and her team were so attentive and nice. I was in and out within an hour. It's reliable and clean. After needing further assistance, Dr. Youssef returned my call within an hour. I can't believe how great she is and how painless this experience was this morning.

I came in rather panicked about a finger injury and the front desk staff, physician, and physicians assistant were all extremely calming and professional. They got me in and out relatively quickly and as far as I can tell did wonderful work (5 stitches on my pointer finger).

We had a great experience at the South Loop location. We were in and out within an hour. The facility is clean and organized. The staff was kind and attentive. Dr A explained the diagnosis and medication very well. We would definitely recommend this urgent care to others. Very quick and convenient.

I was very pleased with this facility. I was in a lot of pain from an eye infection. The facility opened at 8 am which was the earliest opening for an urgent care that I could find in the south loop area. The doctor who saw me had great bedside manor, was thorough, and kind. I loved that they had the medicine he prescribed right there onsite, and at a great value. I wanted the meds right away! This is one of the best urgent care facilities I have ever been to. Check in and wait times were quick. I was so impressed with how friendly the staff was - that's uncommon at many of the immediate care places I've been to before. The facilities are very clean, and the quality of care exceeded all expectations. They took great care in getting me better and I will certainly be back in the future as needed. Thank you to everyone who helped!
