I never leave reviews but I feel that I have to for this location. The staff there was AMAZING! I was treated so well and they were so kind to me and my kids. The gal at the front desk is a literal angel. Every single person who helped me that day was incredible. I went in with a broken finger and they helped me and fixed me up. The wait was not long and the whole process was actually pretty quick. The doctor was so knowledgeable and warm, she helped me feel so at ease and safe. Yesterday I was greeted as soon as I walked in with a smile, check in was a breeze and little wait time. Anna the nurse let me just say Above and beyond!!!! she checked my moms blood pressure w/auto machine and it was a little high she went out of her way and rechecked it manually some pple won't do that at all. Experiencing abdominal pain and made a same day appointment. They took my insurance, and it was a smooth touch-free payment system. The nurse and doctor were fast to see me and provided a good experience for the limited resources at an immediate care. I would go back.
Fast, caring, efficient. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. They did a flu and covid test on me and provided a note for work.

The receptionist and physician at this location were so absolutely helpful. From the moment I walked in until I left, I felt cared for and listened to. I would highly recommend this immediate care! I am so grateful to and appreciative of the staff for seeing me here.
We were visiting from out of town when my daughter woke up with an ear infection. We googled the nearest urgent care and this came up. They did not take my insurance and the out of pocket fee was about $165 but honestly, it was worth it. They took amazing care of my daughter and her ear infection and asthma and even gave us suggestions on places to visit in Chicago. The staff was wonderful and caring and efficient. I scheduled an appointment early on a Saturday morning. They have a parking lot and they were on time for my appointment. Everything was clean and all the nurses and the doctor were very nice. They sent my prescription to the pharmacy and I had visited the dr and picked up my prescription in under an hour and a half! Can't complain.
This is a great option for urgent healthcare in the area. Facilities are clean. Wait time is a bit long, but expected. Patients are able to book appointments online. Be aware that by 9 or 10am they are usually all taken!
So far so good. They efficiently removed a foreign particle from my eye. It feels so much better and I'm glad I went in. Did all the things they should and listened to all my questions. Thank you!
