Came in right as they opened on a Friday morning. 8:05a as a walk in hoping to beat any rush of people. Immediately was told it would be an hour n half wait. Shocked! There were 2 other people in front of me only. Waited and finally got taken into a room at 945a. Once I entered the room a nurse walked in with a trainee. She looked at my chart, read that I came in thinking I had possible strep throat. She asked "so you got a sore throat?" Wrote down my answer then said "you want a step test?" I went here today because of chest pain that suddenly was way worse in the last 2 days. People had been really nice and courteous until I asked the provider, well what can I do then (he'd given no suggestions, only ruled out Pneumonia or heart condition) because I felt like it was a waste. Terrible. Came in after getting in an accident with my electric scooter. Refused to see me because it was a "car accident". What kind of BS is that?
Not worth your time. Called and they said they were still accepting walk ins. Arrive and they are not. Website says they provide Covid treatments including antiviral medication, arrived and they said they do not. Did not take my temperature upon arrival or even treat me with the most basic concern for my health. Offered an EKG since I said I was having trouble breathing. I made an appt at 10:20am and had to wait outside in the rain for over 45 mins (past my apt time) and I called to ask them if I could wait inside and they ignored the question and said I would get a call in a minute. Which I didn't and had to wait longer just to get inside. I finally was able to go inside around 11:15/11:20. Very rude and unprofessional. Do better.

The wait times at an urgent care, like Physicians Immediate Care, can occasionally be unpredictable due to the nature of the service being provided. The severity of each patient's sickness or injury differs, making some encounters longer than others and also forces the medical staff to triage patients based on their medical needs if we have a trauma patient that requires immediate attention.
My wife and I made an appointment here in the afternoon with enough time before having to head to work. However, despite being there prior to the appointment time, we ended up waiting half an hour past the scheduled time. We entered the room with limited time due to the wait and asked to have the doctor come by soon so that we could be out in time but we just told that there's no guarantee. I have had repeated issues with this place -- I call them to find out if they take my medicaid insurance and they say they take some medicaid but aren't sure about others and I should call my insurer to confirm. I confirm that they cover any urgent care or ER and schedule an appointment, only to have them tell me they take NO medicaid when I show up and give them my ins. info. I really like the medical staff there. However their billing department is awful, And that's what I'm basing my review on. I went here for a work injury in 2019 and they incorrectly said it wasn't paid and shown up on my credit report. I've been here for personal visits that have all been paid for with my insurance. They denied me treatment this week while I had strep and an ear infection until I gave them a credit card to pay for the balance that has been paid since 2019. This is specifically in response to the impossibility of being able to get a COVID test here. I tried to go get a test this morning and was there at 8:15, shortly after they opened at 8am. They had a sign up already saying they were out of covid testing supplies for the day. I asked the nurse out front if they were a testing facility and she said yes, but they have limited supplies and people line up in front of the clinic starting at 5am to get tested.
