Don't ever go to any of these sites. I've gotten a bill for 3 months. I've spoken to billing 3 times. Spent $500 for 30 minute office visit& still getting bills. Worst experience. Last bill was wrong. No one knows what they're doing. I just get bills without previous payments included

I have been here a couple of times since it was acquired by Well Now. It was fine when it was Physicians Immediate Care. It has gone significantly downhill. The last time I was here I fell and was pretty sure I broke a rib. They did a couple of x rays and told me it was just bruised. A few days later the pain was much worse so I went to a Northwestern Immediate Care. Don't go here for TITERS!! The day of my visit all went well with my blood being draw for my titers... but that was the ONLY positive experience I had with this location. I've been to another location on Clybourn and they were much more professional! The front desk girl at this Bucktown location had a terrible attitude even though I was just calling to ask questions about my titer results. So here's what went down. Literally no help. They just care about bringing you in and out as quickly as possible. They don't even want to hear what's going on with you just appoint you straight to hospital and say they can't help. Go to a different immediate care .

As a nurse practitioner myself it is sad to say all it takes is one staff member to be unprofessional. Your lab tech I believe was trying to explain why she couldn't process my lab order but her delivery in the explanation was unacceptable. She did calm down after I told her there was no need to speak with the tone she used. Your front desk staff was exceptional and should be an example to others. I was there at 4:30 July 14 so hopefully that will clarify who your unprofessional staff was at the time.

Here and everywhere else online its they close at 8PM - went by Saturday 5/3 at 6 PM and they were closed, but even the open until 8PM hours are clearly posted on the door. No sign about why closed early. WTF? When people are suffering the last thing they need is the run around from an urgent care facility that can't even care enough to post the hours of when they are open.

Closed when supposed to be opened. Glad I went the extra step and called to confirm that they would be open and was told they would. Horrible service and total waste of time. A lot of patients were like me waiting outside.

I use this place a lot as I have a chronic health condition. I have a primary immunodeficiency and sometimes I need antibiotics and can't get in to my specialists fast enough. I explained that I was sick for over 2 weeks and the last 3 days were unbearable and that I have an autoimmune disorder. He did not feel my lymph nodes, he did not attempt to look at my sinuses, he looked in my ears and at my throat and said "nope, nothing." Do not recommend. My mom had a bad experience here and I was giving them a second chance based on ease of location. However they were unable to diagnose a simple ear infection for my baby and sent us to the ER instead. Don't waste your time, just go straight to the ER or wait to get in with your primary care doctor.
