Waiting time was almost none, the tech Katie was soo nice and thoughtful, she made sure I understood every step, they gave me a breathing treatment, x Ray, the whole works. Dr. Mark Mering was very nice and polite and also made sure everything checked out okay. I will most definitely be recommending this clinic to friends and family and will also be coming back when needed.

Thank you to everyone who helped me today. I saw Dr. Strange, after being generally ignored by a doctor I saw at another facility on Thursday. I was in terrible pain for 2 days and after trying to get into my doctors' group with no success and at the last minute, they referred me to PIC. I was able to make an appointment online for 40 minutes later. Everyone was incredibly kind to me and took care of me very quickly during some of the worst, most intense pain I've had in ages, perhaps all my life. They saw that I was suffering, they comforted me appropriately, and they got me in as fast as they could, giving me every medication I needed to take right away so I could get home. I did not have the strength to go to a pharmacy. I have to gush about this awesome place a bit!!!! My cousin referred me to this facility. In the past I've had horrible experiences with "urgent care" settings. When I walked in the door I felt at ease. Clean lobby, personable staff, free coffee, and no wait!!!!!!! The doctor was quick to assist and write prescriptions regarding my facial inflammation. If you do get a brief moment to yourself in the exam room feel free to grab the remote and surf away!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!

Dr Vina Maniquis and her staff were exceptional in all respects. Dr. Maniquis took the time to listen to me and noted everything I've been going through. I left with a better plan of care and understanding of my condition. I was a walk in and had to wait a few hours but the staff was overly apologetic and compassionate to my pain. Moving forward I'll be sure to call first and make an appointment. Thank you Dr. Maniquis and her entire staff. Your knowledge, compassion and care is truly appreciated.

GREAT service by skilled and caring providers in an inviting facility. Short wait time to see a physician. Checked in by friendly and courteous staffers. Free parking, too! Appreciate the post-visit contact and encouragement to contact if any further issues following initial visit. Highly recommend.

I've been to this facility many times and I've always had a great experience. Last time I came I saw Laura for an infection in my leg. She knew what it was immediately and got me out quickly. She also sent my prescription to the pharmacy which made it even a better experience! Thanks!

I cannot praise enough the staff I dealt with at the Bucktown facility (specifically: Laura and Silvia). Their expertise was invaluable, of course, but it was the wonderful comforting manner that they had which made what turned into quite the crisis seem manageable for me and my partner.
