Finally gave in after feeling ill for the fourth day. I knew something wasn't quite right so I did a quick search for an urgent care location. This came up at the top of the list you location and had positive reviews. Jumped in the car and hoped to not have to wait long. Luckily when I arrived I was second in line. I waited at most 10 minutes. The facility was brand new and very clean. The entire staff was incredibly friendly. Let me start off by saying i NEVER go to the doctor unless i absolutely have to I haven't been to a PCP in about 7years. I came here one day as a walk-in and they were great! I've been back twice since then both time were great almost no wait at all which i LOVE. outcall went in today and they went above and beyond i had to bring my daughter in with me and she was all over the place they were so patient they even let her help take my blood pressure which was so nice i really appreciate how nice they were with her that will ... read more

I had a gut feeling that I had fractured my toe - and though there is really nothing to do about that, I wanted to go get an x-ray to be certain (I'm training for the marathon and didn't want to start running again too soon.) I looked up PIC online, as I had seen it in the neighborhood, and it seemed legit. I checked online before going, and it said there was no wait. I LOVE this immediate care facility. We have been there 3 times already - 2 times for my 6 year old and once for my husband. The facility is brand new and the staff (every one of them) is terrific. Have never waited more than 10 minutes before being seen. Wish we had this years ago! So thankful to have this in the neighborhood

My husband and I were both sick with strep and these guys fit us in quickly, took care of us rapidly, and were friendly and knowledgeable. When I ran in 15 minutes to closing, they were gracious about squeezing me in. The nurse and doctor answered all of my questions and were helpful and responsive. They even made a follow up call a few days later to make sure that I was responding to the treatment. Thanks so much for the great care guys!!

Very good experience. I went to the location by 6 corners and they had an almost 2 hr wait so the receptionist offered for me to go to the Bucktown location for a much shorter one. She also was kind enough to check me in online so that when I got there it would be more immediate. Great option! I hate waiting, especially when I'm not feeling my best. The Bucktown location was easy enough to find and Dr Daniel was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did a few tests, figured out what was wrong from one of the rapid tests. He e... read more

Just brought my 5 year old in with swollen lymph nodes. Preregistered online so only waited 5 minutes or so. Dr and nurse were very personable and spent time with us. Took my health insurance and it was very convenient compared to driving to the pediatrician since we could ride bikes there. We will be back!

I was double charged for an appointment here, and it's been over a year of hour+ long phone calls with them and my insurance company to get it figured out, to the point they've sent me to collections. None of the bills have been for the same amount, it's unbelievably fishy. Not to mention the care I received was subpar at best. $500+ for a urinalysis? I have had no choice but to report them for fraud.

The staff here is either misogynistic or incompetent. Everything seems fine at first, but their own visit notes demonstrate that they are unwilling or unable to listen to their patients. My discharge paperwork includes a demonstrably incorrect assessment of my condition. A child could tell you that my toe is swollen, bruised, and in pain, but the clinical summary includes "no visible brusing/swelling". God knows if they even read the xray right, they didn't provide a copy, but I doubt it! If you're a woman or need more than... read more
