Great walk-in option to have nearby, I've been there a couple times over the past few years. The wait has never been too long (and they have the option to schedule appointments) and their service has always been very helpful.

I've been to this location twice in the past 2 months. (I'm having a real klutzy spring. Woof.) Both times, everyone in the facility - from nurses to doctors to support staff - was friendly, kind and just lovely. The facility is clean, I was seen very quickly (but, of course, that depends when you go... I'm fortunate to have gone during the week), and I received excellent care. Highly recommend this place if you're in the need of some immediate care. They are really, really wonderful!

I have never had such great experience at an urgent care ever (including small town clinics and clinics in other cities in the Midwest) and to think my best experience was located in Chicago definitely surprised me in a good way. The staff I interacted with (about 4) were patient, warm/friendly, listened attentively, never rushed me when I was attempting to explain my medical issue at hand, was open to collectively finding a solution to my problem and immediately helped allievate my pain from an unexpected sciatic episode. I am new to Chicago and when I was sick, I didn't know where to go so I googled and founs this location. I was able to make an appointment online for the same day. I was seen quickly, everyone was very friendly, and the whole visit took about 30 minutes. I even got a follow up call to see how I was doing the next day. This was a great urgent care site and I highly recommend to others.

I booked a spot online for 1.30pm, got there at 1.20pm, filled in paperwork since it was my first time. Was seen by 1.35pm. Pretty smooth process & nice clean facility. Friendly & professional service. They sent my medication to the walgreens at the end of the block. For someone who's so hesitant (aka lazy) to go see doctors when im sick, this is perfect for me. Will come here if need to be in the future.

Went first thing this morning for my 1 year old son, who has been sick with a cold. We were seen in about 20 minutes. The receptionist and the nurse Andrew were both great. We saw Mark the PA, who was wonderful and interactive with my son. Overall experience from start to finish was exceptional. Thanks for taking good care of us!

I am really glad I found this place. A clinic like this really is great when you have a minor illness or injury don't want to wait go to your primary care! In my case I had a cold and kept coughing at night and just needed to see a doctor fast so I could get medication. It was very quick and convenient . The place was very welcoming and staff were very friendly and professional. The doctor was knowledgeable and caring. The Doctors and staff here are actually awesome. They even called to check in on me at home when I was really sick. I also like they they have a drug store in the office so you can leave with your prescription. Prices are decent.
