I visited there one weekday morning with a painful eye condition which turned out to be an infection. Even though I made an appointment online, the wait was 30 min. Eventually got competent and compassionate care with the right prescription, in writing.

Wow! A girl that I had been passionately copulating with last week texted me that she tested positive for Cootie-19. I visited this Physicians Immediate Care location for employment reasons such as for a urinalysis, tuberculosis and influenza (flu) vaccine for my new job. I chose this particular location because it was the closest to my neighborhood on the westside of Chicago, and for possible future visits during or outside of work. Went here for a COVID test - they have certain restrictions as to who can get a test, so make sure you qualify before going. I stayed up til midnight to get an optimal testing spot (the website opens up at 12 am for appointments that day) - you cannot book in advance. I registered online which made paperwork at the office nonexistent and easy. I arrived at 5:15 for my 5:30 appointment, texted them when I was there, and waited outside for them to call me in. On labor day I found myself writhing in pain on the ground after pushing my nephew on a swing resulted in a serious ankle injury. I waited a day and made an online appointment at this location and found out I could be there within the hour which was amazing. I did not have to wait in a line, was helped immediately and offered a wheelchair. We've repeatedly used Physicians Immediate Care in Bucktown/Wicker Park for after hours care for our kiddos (and ourselves) and they have always been efficient, kind and clear on the diagnosis and next steps. However, recently, they exceeded my expectations and solidified my belief that this is the go to Urgent Care for my family. My son recently fell at school and broke his arm. This is my first experience at an urgent care. Unfortunately, my family was there twice this week. Such a easy and stress free process. Online appointment scheduling was easy and convenient. Even easy to change appointment time. The place is clean. Staff super nice and knowledgeable. They called the prescription into my pharmacy and I had it within 20 minutes of leaving. I highly recommend!!!

Thirty five minutes. That's how long my entire visit took. I don't think it would have taken this long was this not my first visit. I had to fill out some paperwork at first. Everyone here was friendly, prompt and thorough. I felt like they respected my time and listened to my concerns. They explained my options and asked for consent to do something as simple as swabbing my throat. Would recommend this clinic!

Everyone here is so nice and helpful! I did a walk in and was seen in 5 minutes! The facility is very clean, a short walk from the train and they have a snack drawer ;)
