While getting on the 606 trail, my 8 year old fell off her scooter and hurt her wrist. I carried her to Physicians Immediate Care, because in the past, we've received amazing care, and again I was not disappointed. When we got there, we checked in, and there was three people in front of us. I asked for an ice pack, and they brought her one. My daughter was crying, and in a lot of pain, so I asked if I could walk to Walgreens to get her Tylenol. Easy to checkin online for a 15 minute wait. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Pretty much the most fun I've ever had at an immediate care kinda place.

Getting older seems to mean 1) being sicker, and 2) being busier at work to the point where you have zero time to see your regular doctor. Hence, both my husband and I have been here in the past couple weeks. Good times. But this place, people. This place changes everything. While most of the staff is still extremely nice, I was disappointed by my last visit here. I was told I had the stomach flu. I ended up in the ER the next day and spent the following three days in the hospital for the kidney infection. I should have just went straight to the ER instead of here. I called the day after my visit (before heading to the ER) and the person on the phone did not express genuine concern that I was still experiencing symptoms.

I came in at 7:45pm when it was closing at 8pm and they saw my daughter (who had a painful ear infection) with smiles on their faces. I paid a $25 co-pay and that was it. What a great resource to have nearby.

Fast, clean, friendly and thorough. My boyfriend went in for strep followed by me 2 days later. I appreciate the follow up phone call too.

Excellent and fast with my 3 year old and 1 year old. I recommend checking in online if you have kids as there's not much for them to do in the waiting room. Still, I only waited about 15 min to be seen, and the provider was great with my kids.

I brought my 2 year old daughter in this morning and was blown away by how nice and professional everyone was. My daughter can have a bit of anxiety seeing Doctors and everyone at the clinic was super patient with her and made the extra effort to make her more comfortable. I was nervous to take her to a non pediatric urgent care but everything was great. They even had a kids themed exam room and stickers to give her. I had severe pain in my right foot for several days and I wanted to consult a physician without going to the hospital emergency room. I was a walk in appointment on a Thursday afternoon. Check-in was very easy. The wait time was very short. The technician took several x-rays of my foot and it was examined by the doctor. I was given a prescription that I had filled at the Walgreen's located 2 blocks south of the office. I will definitely return.
