Extremely expensive and the doctor only saw me for 2 minutes to tell me all I need to do is rest. The staff were not friendly at all and rude when asked a question. I paid the ridiculous bill and learned from my mistake.
I went in for a bad headache. I explained the symptoms to the person who called herself a ' doctor.' She listened, didn't say anything and walked out of the room. After waiting 10 minutes for the doctor to come back and tell me something, I went out and asked where the doctor was. She wasn't planning to come back. This review is based upon two very different visits with very similar feelings. Earlier this fall, I stopped in with my three kids for flu shots. We didn't have an appointment, but they said it would be 20 minutes. I was fine with that and began the lengthy paperwork process. That took about 15 minutes for me to do for the four of us. Waste of time and money. I had great experiences before with Other Doctors. The last then I was here with a horrible, itchy rash ( looked like chicken pox), the p a completely brushed me off and said I should contact a dermatologist. She never examined the rash etc. it also took her forever to try to find a federal
The last two times we've come here (my son gets ear infections) we've waited more than 30 minutes and we had appointments. This used to be quicker and easier than his pediatrician. No longer the case.
Front desk person authorized my card for $50 instead of $10 copay, was super rude about it, did not apologize, and was ignorant and incorrect about its removal, claiming that I would never even see it. It's three days later, I still don't have my money back. Avoid like the plague.
The place is ok. Nothing special. My son needed his throat swabbed for strep. So, they sent in an X-ray tech to do this. Strange. Clearly didn't know what he was doing. Jabbed it in there, made him cough in the guys face. He likely contracted the strep from that. I don't know. That is unprofessional. They then try to talk me into buying the scrip from them for $15. I cut my finger badly. I received stitches at this facility, the service was good and pretty timely (not a long wait). The instructions said to come back in for stitch removal in 10 -12 days. (The PA who saw me said two weeks.) I asked about the fact that twelve days is more than the "ten day global patient status" they referred to and I am assured by the receptionist, the same one mentioned below, that it wont be a problem because its "just stitch removal."
