My husband fell on the stairs and injured his knee and leg. Everyone at this clinic seemed genuinely caring, competent, and thorough--from check-in to exam to x-rays, and treatment. He left with reassurance that nothing was broken and a knee brace with ice pack.
Excellent bedside manner from the nurse and practitioner, and the receptionist was also very sweet.

I brought my little sick girl in today and I just wanted to share how impressed me and my husband were with PA Mahrukh. She was incredibly attentive and observant during the entire process, making sure to address all of our concerns. What really stood out was that she followed up after our visit to check in and ensure everything was okay. This was my family's 3rd visit to the Elgin location and every time has been a great experience. Today my 4 year old was seen in a timely manner by staff that was knowledgeable and friendly. At a time when my PCP won't even see a sick patient in office, I truly appreciate this facility and their staff. Thank you for our care today ladies!
This clinic is excellent. I've never had a bad experience here. I like them as well, or better than my primary care physician. They have always been kind, patient, professional, and knowledgeable. Several years ago, one of their PAs saved my husband's life when he was having a heart attack and we didn't realize it. I just went in after a bad fall. Saw a new PA I hadn't seen before. I visited this location twice in one week due to a severe sore throat and respiratory issues. Lesli Frank the PA there is a god send. She is the epitome of a kind hearted healthcare provider. My last visit was actually on my birthday and as I sat there crying full of anxiety and fear, Lesli literally treated me with such kindness and even got me to smile again. We need more providers like her in this world!
Most of the staff was super friendly, only complaint was the long wait but i understand they are one of the only places in the area with rapid COVID testing. I made an appointment for 1pm, arrived at 12:45 (was asked to come 15 min early) and didn't go inside until about 1:20 and didn't see anyone until 1:45, left about 2:15 after they closed. I got tested today for Covid, and all PIC personnel I came into contact with were kind and professional. It could be that I was the first person in line, but a great experience. Thank you to all staff for being in the front lines and doing it kindly.

I almost didn't visit this location due to the poor reviews but honestly it's well worth visiting for your immediate health care needs. I scheduled an apt online and showed up early in case I'd have to fill out paperwork as I was a new patient. Everyone that worked there was friendly, I didn't experience one sour or disrespectful worker. I was called back almost immediately following filling out my paperwork.
