******** company!!! They approved us for a home but we were never able to tour inside due to the system being offline. We tried twice to get access but ****, the listing agent, did absolutely NOTHING to help us out! He told me that he was going to put in a work order for the system on Monday and did not stand by his word. Not only that, instead of contacting me on Monday, he decided to text my wife (which is out of order) to ask if we were going to sign the lease and only had 24 hours to do so if we wanted the house. We moved to ********** area 3.5 years ago and rent a house from Pathlight Property Management while we are looking for our own house. The starting monthly rental is decent, but it increased significantly for every renewal. Since we could not decide when to buy the house, so we renewed several times. Each time, the renewal duration is 12 month, 6 month, 6 month, 6 month. When I renewed it last time on Oct 2023, the duration changed from 12 months to 14 months without clearly notifying the tenant. This is the FIRST time I have ever written a review. I hate that I am writing this, but this is absolutely absurd! The experience with this company has been TERRIBLE. We applied to move in on 8/12(we were selling our home 8/16), but somehow the contract came back to us moving in on 8/20, which couldn't happen, as I am a husband and father of 3 boys so we needed to a place to stay. Long story short, they agreed to let us move in on the 16th, not one day sooner as they stated they had to "get the house ready". Well... Moved in... read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. We have have issue after issue and it hasn't gotten any easier to get anything resolved!!! We have has our AC down, in the dead heat of summer, and it took 2 weeks for someone to get out here to get it fixed. We have been without a stove since Aug 29th and still have had no replacement or anything being done in spite of this. Multiple calls and just getting told that it will be escalated and nothing being done! I would never recommend to anyone to rent from them!!! DONT RENT FROM THEM!

I wish I could give negative starts because they arw, without a doubt, the absolute WORST company. We went without AC in the dead of summer for two weeks. Now, we have been without a stove/oven for three weeks Constant run arounds and no resolutions. This place is a joke. Please do not rent from this company.

Living out of a Pathlight home in *********. Our house has been 90 inside for a month with no one coming out to fix our air conditioning. We have called many times as we have dogs in the house, but they still havent had anyone come. When trying to get ahold of a manager, all employees claimed that no one was available. We tried to get ahold of a manager no less than 5 times. They are breaking Minnesotas renter protection laws.

I requested to view a rental. The posting was not only misleading, but ultimately I was unable to enter the property. This company requests ID and facial recognition just to view the property. I complied. When I arrived, I was unable to enter the property, It seemed the deadbolt was locked. There was no lockbox to locate with a code, it was to automatically unlock when I clicked "START TOUR" from the app. I called the number on the "No Tresspassing" sign..that in itself was a red flag, but I decided ro proceed with contact. ... read more

Ive lived here for 8 months and there has not been a moment that we didnt have a maintenance issue. The basement flooded on day 4 of living here due to a bad sump pump, which the neighbors made us aware of as we moved in. Currently we are dealing with mold in our garage because of a leak in the roof that was cheaply repaired with duct tape multiple times. They keep declining to remove the moldy pieces of wood and want to patch up the drywall over it. I try calling to get this resolved and talk to a new person every time and ... read more

If I could give a negative 0 stars I would .Pathight is by far the worst imitation of a property management company on the planet earth. Scam artist.. I only wish I had read the reviews. Steer clear from this place. This company is NOT BBB Accredited. Enough said!!!!!
