When I first moved in the yard was full of animal f**** which they were going to charge me to clean up then a week later the kitchen sink broke & there was a major leak. I was told they couldn't fix it for weeks. I was 7 months high risk pregnant with a 1 year old so it was extremely stressful. My dad who doesn't live here then called them because I did not have local help & for some reason they listened to him and came out & fixed it right away. Resident for a year now and work orders constantly not being met also several issues within the home. will be contacting a lawyer as this is getting out of hand! No regards at all for the issues in the home and we have paid on time each month with no issues. This is not fair to my family and this company continues with the same pattern each time. Sending out plumbers that do not fix the issues and leaving my family with no option. I encourage anyone renting with this company to contact a lawyer and review the landlord tenant... read more

AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. Work orders not being met. Them setting appts without my approval. Canceling appts saying Im unresponsive when I spoke directly with maintenance on scheduling. The orders that have been done were done so poorly/rigged versus actually getting fixed and Done unprofessionally that it poses a safety risk now and I was stood up today for getting it fixed. When we started looking for a rental in ****************, we found that Pathlight had a monopoly on them. We read the reviews, and thought there was no way all the negativity was accurate. We were wrong! Pathlight was quick to respond to us BEFORE we signed a lease, but is the absolute worst in replying to maintenance request or even a call me text. First issue: the day we moved in, we ran the appliances. The washer had mold in it and the dryer smelled like fire after running it for a minute. We told Pathlight to remove them... read more

****************. Won't service our pool since hurricanes, have uprooting tree hanging over bedrooms and huge broken limbs hanging in yard, they sent 1 guy for a quote he is not capable of removing it and haven't addressed it again. The WORST company ever.

I have leased from several different people and companies during my life time. This has been the worst experience ever. They do not fix anything. And if they do you have to beg plead borrow and give up your first born in order to get it done. Do not rent or use these people in any state to acquire a home. You will be sorry that you did. You pay rent for things you cannot use I've had to replace floors on my own, hot water tank went out which would have been a $200 fix turned into like a $2,500 fix. Dont rent from this organization. They are liars and good luck on getting any type of deposit back. They will not talk to you on the phone and have you communicate through emails that never get resolved. They are crooks and lie about everything. Run far away from this Organization. Dont trust them.
