Never ever again will we rent from PATH LIGHT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT/ HOME PARTNERS OF AMERICA. They took $500 out of our despite . Please steer clear of Pathlight Property management. Unfortunately, we did not know they were the property management company when we were going through HomePartners. From the get go everything was dirty, blinds that don't work, and are gross. Chipped walls, windows that barely open, towel racks that fall off the wall. The refrigerator was shoved in the kitchen and it broke the base boards and kitchen cabinets, and they just left it. This company has been a headache since day 1!! Maintenance issues take months. ***** returns calls or answers the **** phone...twice we have had water coming in the basement. Ruining our belongings... they take weeks to come out. Once again, we have water coming in another part of the house, and emergency maintenance means nothing... and now it's seeping in under the foundation. Currently renting from them and what a ridiculous experience it's been, cowboy one man buisness's sent to do repairs that have no clue what there doing or if they even show up at all , seven weeks to have some o e show up to fit a window blind that didn't do the job and disappeared for the day . The bad examples are endless
This company is horrible when it comes to responding to maintenance. We have been in this property for almost six years. EVERY summer it has been an issue with the A/C. EVERY summer they send someone with a quick fix. This time they sent out 4 or 5 different repairmen and they ALL said the unit needs to be replaced. They only want someone who can do a temporary fix. We have been almost 30 days with no adequate A/C. They sent two cooling units but thats totally a waste because we have over 8 rooms that need air. We have never... read more
Just moved into a property and instantly having issues prior to move in I was given an email to request viewing the property prior to moving to check for any issues, and got no response. Finally moving comes and there are issues with plumbing. Water backing up, sewage in showers, dishwasher not working properly. Multiple work orders put in, and listed as an emergency and here we are days later with no resolution.
On June 1, 2024. I reached out to Pathlight put in a maintenance request, several phone calls (30) at least, hours of waiting on the phone to speak to someone and never get through. They say push (2) and we will call you back in the order it was received lies! Started writing down names after a few weeks of trying to get this issue resolved I have (12) names as of today some of these people I have spoken with a few times. Pathetic all the way around submitted work requeat about trees falling lo and behold a limb fell off and broke my windshield and dented my suv. They refuse to fix it telling me to call my insurance company and even though they were told about this beforehand never again.
Stay away from this company. Your money could be better spent elsewhere. They are a company of bullies...by AnY means necessary. They will do whatever they can to get you to pay more money IF you ever put in a 60day notice. They will talk to you crazy.
