DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. We've dealt with numerous problems since we moved into this house. They put a giant bandaid on the entire house just to put someone else in it, and they'll probably do the same thing again once our lease is over. They refused to let us terminate early even though we've dealt with the house being a nightmare first day of move in - cockroaches, oven looked like something had been sitting in there for years, chewing gum on lighting fixtures, outlets not working in all of the bathrooms due to "wiri... read more

They will charge you for work orders that are not your responsibility, without telling you, and then refuse to refund you your money. We recently found that living room fans that were installed in the home when we moved in, hit the ceiling beams when they are run (we have to run them as there are A/C issues which they also refuse to address). Never rent from this company. They do not care about you as a renter whatsoever. We moved in December 2023, and it has been an absolute nightmare. Upon move in day, the house was not clean at all. Opening the oven revealed the most disgusting thing your eyes could see moving into a house. We cleaned everything ourselves. All the outlets in the bathrooms didn't work and it took weeks to fix. This is the worst property management company I have ever had to work with. We moved into our home and almost immediately had issues with appliances, water damage, and mold. They stated several times that they were going to fix issues we had listed on move in check list and never have they also refuse to abide by the written terms of the lease and credit us rent back for the 1/3 of the house that is under construction due to flood damage caused by lack of upkeep on the roof and siding of the house not to mention we are respo... read more

We are military members expecting our first child, and our experience with Pathlight has been beyond appalling. Upon arriving at the house we're renting, we were horrified to find someone inside taking pictures. The house was filthyno one had bothered to clean it. To our disgust, someone had used the upstairs bathroom, and there was no hot water available.What makes this situation even worse is the complete lack of customer service.

The worst company ever to work with. They own a rental property next door to my house. They do not maintain the property when it is not rented. They let the grass grow out of control. I have to email them 30+ times and turned them into the city before anything was done. I needed a new fence. I paid $7300 for a new fence. I paid $2800 for a shared fence on the side with the rental. They put a random $225 *** charge on my account after I told them I wasn't going to be renewing my lease. I had to email and call them for weeks to get them to tell me what the charge was for. Finally they told me it was for 9 *** violations from the last 2 years. Normally if we had a violation they would tell us about 30 days after the incident, and charge us with a fee then. This property management company is unreliable, inconsistent, and careless. My husband and I have been living in a property managed by them now for about 3.5 weeks, and it is the worst mistake we could have made. Dont rent from them.I truly wish someone wouldve warned me.They are the most cruel, incompetent, complicated, apathetic, unprofessional, and just an absolute nightmare of a rental company.I hope they get whats coming to them because they have hurt so many people and dont care.I am so excited to move out and be free of them.
