My AC went out on 6/18/24 and am still waiting for it to get repaired. Their tracking system is useless and when calling for updates no one can answer anything. It is an I am sorry and I understand. Then they are closed during the weekend so now have to go more days in the heat. It is so ridiculous since it is mid summer and hot . The worst maintenance team and they do not care of the renters.

STOP. If youre reading this, its probably because a Pathlight Property is your last resort and youre on the fence due to their abismal reputation. Even if it is, I URGE you steer clear if you want to know your landlord or property management company will take care of you when you need them.We live in a desert climate. Only one rep assigned and available for you, so if you need something, it's next to impossible to get a hold of someone. And if you do, they don't know the company's policies and will say they're going to find out and get back to you, but then they never call back. When you do finally reach them, they read what sounds like a scripted half answer, but still doesn't feel like they know or understand the policies that they are trying to enforce on you. First,get a box of tissues.The maintenance issues are too many to type but at the end of the day they took us to court and we agreed with their lawyer to move out at the end of the same month.We did but they continued to charge us for rent $2400 a month,filters for the ac unit and grass cutting.We moved out at or before the specified court ordered date and we have a copy of it.Now they put a collections of over $49.000 on me and my daughters credit.My lawyer and the BBB have been notified of this BOGUS COMPANY.Its all about ... read more

Amongst many applicants, I was the first to apply for a home listed on their website (which i was told by multiple agents). I applied on tuesday, got my credit and income approved, and then submitted my application to them on a thursday where i was, again, told that I was first. I was then told friday morning they let another applicant go in front of me since my significant others pay stubs were sent in via iphoto on wednesday where they want a pdf instead which we quickly turned over to them by the very next day. **********... read more

I went to view a home in *****, ** after days of waiting since another person stole the automated system that allows potential residents to view the home. This should have been the first red flag. ?? I talked with leasing agent ****** and was told it was fixed. I arrive at the house and not only does the automated system not work to tour the home, the leasing agent does not pick up his phone to let me in to view the property. HUGE red flag. Thank you Pathlight for wasting my time.

Terrible property management company...no response to property issues..I had a tree fall down in my front yard 3 weeks ago. Tree is still there . No response from them. Pool motor quit working I put in many work orders no response from management. Worst company ever

Pathlight property management has been absolutely cruel to my family and I is an understatement, with so many issues it's better for me to put our issues that we have experienced in bullet form 1. Went 4 months without heat in the middle of winter.2. Our garage door was broken for months we had our personal belongings at risk to be stolen as well as our vehicles. Horrible!!!!!We had called and emailed this company for the last two years about our pool not working- which we are paying for!!!! They refuse to fix the issue and nows its a health hazard concern. I have spent over 40 hours talking to this company with no help! We have our HOA sending letters, now Im going to our city for help!!! Attaching photos of pool they refuse to address
