The pandemic has caused a LOT of major issues for a lot of people. This has been an extremely trying time for us because my business has suffered tremendously therefore causing us to fall back on paying on time and the full amount. During all of this, everyone I have spoken with or communicated with through the portal has been very patient. We were on the brink of losing the home but "K" worked with us for a solution! We are very grateful for the patience and support of the staff at Pathlight. Sign of extreme relief!

Brittany was great today! Called and she took care of my request. Just signed our 3rd lease. They have always taken good care of us! Beautiful home. If we have maintenance issues, they're on it. Thanks

We moved in during the height of stress from the pandemic. We had never rented from a management company before. So to say the least, it was a trying time for us. There were some things that needed some attention in our home we just moved into. We contacted Pathlight and let them know what we needed and they were so attentive and helpful. Up to this time, every person they have sent out to fix something were professional, friendly and helpful. We are grateful to know that we rent from a company with people that care.
