after a series of unfortunate breaks in communication and unresponsiveness since I worked with pathlight 6 months ago, it was really refreshing to deal with Tiffany ***** earlier today. I was thrilled by her responsiveness, positive attitude, and immediate resolution of a fairly complicated lease addendum. I urge Pathlight to encourage other team members to adopt this attitude and help tenants make this a positive experience. Thank you Tiffany.

I have had some frustrating times dealing with Pathlight over the past 2 years. I connected with Tiffany Argee with the Midwest team, she was amazingly helpful and friendly. Definitely an asset to the company

I have very much enjoyed dealing with Pathlight. Particularly Ethan ****. I can only imagine how many folks they have to deal with who expect businesses to simply rewrite the rules in their contract specifically for them. I just wanted to say that for me and my family it has been a really great experience. We read through our contract before we signed it. I would like to commend Tiffany ***** on her excellent phone presence in resolving an issue with my Pathlight account. Although, I feel Pathlight as a whole needs to improve there communication skills, Tiffany quickly got things back on track! She genuinely seems to care and is very competent in her follow through. I would like to recognize a particular employee Tiffany Argee Midwest Team. She has a wonderful personality and went above and beyond to help me extend my lease. She is enthusiastic, positive, and follows through. I believe she is a major asset in her role as Lease Retention Specialist. Tiffany went above and beyond for me and it's truly appreciated. I am in Colorado and have nothing but excellent experiences and I am shocked by the bad reviews. I moved into a beautiful clean well maintained home. It was perfect. The refrigerator once stopped working and they sent someone out in a reasonable time frame and fixed it. I once received a complaint from the homeowners association that my Christmas lights were up past a certain time and they were polite and kind and asking me to remove them so I didn't get a fine. I would like to give my resident support specialist, ******* Agree, of the Midwest Team five stars. She has been more than helpful and patient in our renewal process while I was going through a difficult family situation. ******* was understanding and extremely professional and was the main reason we choose to stay in our property. Also, we did have an issue with our air conditioning going out during an extremely hot week and Pathlight got a repairman out to fix it within a day.
