We love the house, if we have any minor issues we just take care of them because honestly we feel like this is our house we have full intention of buying it. I am so glad to have someone that does this legally. It is only what you make of it if you're not serious about it you probably will never get a house but we are very serious
Before I decided to rent a home from this company, I was reading the reviews and I didnt see very many good reviews. That started to worry me, but after speaking with at least 4 different people regarding my concerns, I felt very comfortable and secure with their processes so I decided to move forward and im very happy that I did. All calls are re order for quality assurance and they do deliver quality service.
Two representatives deserve a special thanks and excellent review for the support to me as a resident. First is Ashley who took the time to listen to my situation and concerns and treated me with kindness and personal care. She answered all the questions she could satisfactorily, and then referred me to the lease renewal department where I talked to Mira M. I've been renting a Pathlight Home in the Chicago Metro area for almost a year and so far it has been a very pleasant and positive experience. Every interaction with staff and maintenance workers has been great, they respond to inquiries very quickly. Overall my experience with them has been great so I wanted to take a quick minute to show my appreciation by writing this review.
