We have lived in a home owned by this company for a couple years. We have had multiple issues, due to age of home, and they have been understanding and willing to send a contractor for all issues. We paid out of pocket for an expense and once we sent the documents in we had our money applied to next months rent within 30 days. We appreciate this company working with us and LOVE the home! Overall I am very happy that I chose this program for my family. The credit building combined with the security of being able to choose the home is unparalleled. The process was timely and easy to understand. A bit of clarification would be beneficial to better understand the process as it goes from offer acceptance to close to lease activation. They have been very accommodating in every aspect! Have been with them for a year and going with them again for another! Johnny on the spot with every care and concern!

Mr Timothy was very accommodating with my concerns and further assisted me by letting me know that letting them know that I would be delayed in completing my deferred April 20/20 payment that was agreed upon during the pandemic was accepted.
