It's unfortunate that people only tend to come on to review sites and complain because the reviews on here do not paint a true picture of how great this company really is. They have gone above and beyond to help out with the very few concerns we even ran into with our rental. They were always prompt in responding to my inquiries. I have been renting from Pathlight Property Management for the past 4 years and it has been a pleasure. There is one person in their employ, Tiffany ****** that has consistently gone above and beyond to help me navigate some matters in regard to early repairs on the home and several renewals that have made the experience a more positive one than I thought it would be. Just got off the phone with Maria, I asked her for help with the rent due to being out of work and my mother being laid off. She was so kind, she explained in detail what Pathlight is doing to help those who are renting. I have been renting for almost 4 years and when I called them, I didn't expect them to help tenants at all. So this was a nice surprise. Maria was very compassionate with what renters are going through right now.

I was blown away the first time I spoke with Jullian (Jullian ***** - West team). The first thing I noticed was how kind he was and so willing to help. He has gone above and beyond for us. We've been with Pathlight since July 2018. We've had our ups and downs with payment issues because we suffered multiple deaths in our family and the fallout from that hurt us in so many ways. We had a wonderful experience with Pathlight Property Management. They were what we needed, when we needed them the most. The process was very simple. We were approved. Went out with our realtor. Found a beautiful home. Moved in and began our new life. Any issues we had with the home were addressed immediately. We could not have been more pleased with Pathlight.
