I am a new tenant, and had received all of our information via email, but still had several move in questions. Cameron (both times we spoke) was nothing but informative and courteous. They answered and explained the entire process and helped me navigate their Portal, which I had never used before. I was already happy to be moving in to a beautiful home and feel even better about the process because of the Move-In staff at Pathlight.
Pathlight has been a pleasure to work with, all there customer service agents have always been curious and willing to work with me. Also, there Maintenance Service Dept. has got our our repairs fixed in a very timely order. They are also great to work with you and your time to be a the residence to get the repair done.
It's unfortunate that people only tend to come on to review sites and complain because the reviews on here do not paint a true picture of how great this company really is. They have gone above and beyond to help out with the very few concerns we even ran into with our rental. They were always prompt in responding to my inquiries. Please take the negative reviews about them on here with a grain of salt and keep in mind there are (as of today 6/22/20) only 266 reviews on here and they have purchased homes for thousands of peop... read more

I have been renting from Pathlight Property Management for the past 4 years and it has been a pleasure. There is one person in their employ, Tiffany ****** that has consistently gone above and beyond to help me navigate some matters in regard to early repairs on the home and several renewals that have made the experience a more positive one than I thought it would be. Just got off the phone with Maria, I asked her for help with the rent due to being out of work and my mother being laid off. She was so kind, she explained in detail what Pathlight is doing to help those who are renting. I have been renting for almost 4 years and when I called them, I didn't expect them to help tenants at all. So this was a nice surprise. Maria was very compassionate with what renters are going through right now.
