I have been very critical in my past reviews of Pathlight. However, over the last two months, Pathlight management and maintenance department have been outstanding! They have responded quickly to any issues or concerns I've had and have been proactive in addressing potential problems. The communication from the management team has greatly improved and they have been more transparent about any updates or changes. The maintenance team has been efficient and courteous. I want to send a special shout out to Christopher J****** for his efforts in processing my reimbursement for water heater repairs! IT will be so helpful in these hard times! Had a problem with rent. Paid it on the 19th instead of 1st. Was so afraid if eviction. Spoke to Wanda she was so helpful and compassionate and told me everything Is fine and I now have a zero balance. Wanda at Pathlight is my angel. Today I had the pleasure of speaking with Jennica D******, she went above and beyond explaining me the move out options and steps. She sent me an example of the letter I need to submit once I decide to move out. She answered my questions and listened to me patiently. Jennica has great customer service skills. Gracias!!
