I was blown away the first time I spoke with Jullian (Jullian ***** - West team). The first thing I noticed was how kind he was and so willing to help. He has gone above and beyond for us. We've been with Pathlight since July 2018. We've had our ups and downs with payment issues because we suffered multiple deaths in our family and the fallout from that hurt us in so many ways. We had a wonderful experience with Pathlight Property Management. They were what we needed, when we needed them the most. The process was very simple. We were approved. Went out with our realtor. Found a beautiful home. Moved in and began our new life. Any issues we had with the home were addressed immediately. We could not have been more pleased with Pathlight.

I've been with Pathlight since June 2017, I honestly can't find enough good words to stay about the team at Pathlight. They have always responded quickly to any issues and to be honest when repairs are preformed, they have fixed the problem and more always with a fast response. The team they have gathered are very professional and always apologize for any issues, I mean it's not their fault things happen. The house we are in is wonderful, clean and in a great neighborhood. Kurt **** from the Midwest team has been a big help through the process of moving into my new home. He has been very informative and helpful throughout this process and made it as convenient as possible. I only gave 4 stars because I'm just moving in and haven't had any issues so far. But I have and will continue to recommend Pathlight to people I know are looking for a nice place to live.

Tiffany Agree (Residential Support Specialist) on the Midwest team did an outstanding job providing great customer service to me and my Family. She gave us great renewal options for our lease.
