The beautiful young lady Mosha ****** was very excellent, in her delivery of service. My experience with her today, was not only warming, but simply, Great. I've been with Pathlight since June 2017, I honestly can't find enough good words to stay about the team at Pathlight. They have always responded quickly to any issues and to be honest when repairs are preformed, they have fixed the problem and more always with a fast response. The team they have gathered are very professional and always apologize for any issues, I mean it's not their fault things happen. The house we are in is wonderful, clean and in a great neighborhood. Kurt **** from the Midwest team has been a big help through the process of moving into my new home. He has been very informative and helpful throughout this process and made it as convenient as possible. I only gave 4 stars because I'm just moving in and haven't had any issues so far. But I have and will continue to recommend Pathlight to people I know are looking for a nice place to live.

Tiffany Agree (Residential Support Specialist) on the Midwest team did an outstanding job providing great customer service to me and my Family. She gave us great renewal options for our lease. after a series of unfortunate breaks in communication and unresponsiveness since I worked with pathlight 6 months ago, it was really refreshing to deal with Tiffany ***** earlier today. I was thrilled by her responsiveness, positive attitude, and immediate resolution of a fairly complicated lease addendum. I have very much enjoyed dealing with Pathlight. Particularly Ethan ****. I can only imagine how many folks they have to deal with who expect businesses to simply rewrite the rules in their contract specifically for them. I just wanted to say that for me and my family it has been a really great experience. We read through our contract before we signed it.
