Great place for a house I have been with them for 8 years
I had with spoke with James C. today. He was a very sweet man. Usually, when I call I get a 50/50 chance of someone that actually helps me with my situation. But he was very pleasant and was even able to provide me with a little insight into what I had called for. Just from my experience with him, I am leaving a 5-star review. Thank you again James for what you do!
Miss Wanda was very helpful and answered all my questions, actually all the reps i spoke to during our rental period were nice and do their best to help.

I've had a great experience with Pathlight meanwhile understanding that they aren't perfect. They manage tens of thousands of homes so some negative reviews are going to come. I only want a few things from my property management company when I'm in a lease and they've provided that: Ease of payment Repairs when necessary Privacy when desired Consistency Ability to stick around if I want to stay in the home Pathlight doesn't come knocking on your door for random inspections. OMG!! What a blessing to have employees like Ashley and others, who went out of there way to help me send out my rent payment correctly and set up my password correctly.
