I had an excellent that in a change with this particular rep he was very knowledgeable and his service and communications skills skills was He pointed me in the right direction with my question, I was seeking information on a back flow problem. Due to my Husband and I both having covid our rent was going to be late, I reached out to Pathlight to explain. Our situation and I was contacted by Jezeryl(Jeze) she was very understanding and patient. She made this difficult time less stressful.
Since moving to the property I've had no issues whatsoever. Wanda was excellent in helping me get a issue res.
I am always amazed at how they assist me. They always resolve my issues/concerns timely. Today I especially amazed with Anna J****** (ticket number ******) for her assistance. She went above and beyond to assist me.
They were a great company and with The market being so insane it was difficult at times. however home partners was always there. What I like most is that they always answer the phone! That means a lot to me because I hate when I work with companies will just work through email. We have were finally able to get into a home and we move in in a few weeks and we're super excited! We're even more excited that we have the right to purchase. This is something that would've been really difficult any other way.
Wanda V was wonderful and very helpful in setting up my payment. She stayed with me through the whole process. I was having trouble setting it up on my phone.
So for so good. I don't have anything negative to say. Every time I've reached out I have always got a response back the same day or next day. I pray that my move in experience be the same as it is now good and no issues that I cant handle. I'm thankful for this program and it will definitely give me the experience of becoming a home owner. Wanda, your Pathlight Representative was more than patient with Sloths like us. She was very methodical and awesome in guiding us. After we did as she told us, we were successful in getting ready for a transition to our new place. Thank you for representatives like her. She really was a lifesaver. Felt like I was being guided by a family member. She is a champ in every respect of the word.
I just submitted an application to rent a house but had more questions. I called pathlight and talked with Katarial who was very helpful, pleasantly cheerful. I'm excited to work with this agency as they seem to be well organized. *****
