Does a GREAT job! We love this cleaner, we have had one in the past and went for more affordable ones and they did not work as well as this one, so we came back to this one and are very happy.
Works great Works really well. Keeping bottom clean.
Unit performance! Overall it works fine. A few issues here and there but the unit does what it’s supposed to do. I had an issue in the first hour but I contacted support and they took care of it in a fairly quick period of time. Although I had to wait 4 hours for their support to get back to me.
Quality The tail section of unit came undone during fifth time we used it.
Outstanding! This gets leaves and trash out my pool with so much less effort and it keeps the walls brushed at the same time!
Quality on these is not as good as it used to be. This is the third or fourth won i have purchased. Quality has really gone down. But the customer service is good.
It’s not worth the money The Polaris wheels keep coming off. We have to constantly check the pool and the net to make sure we don’t throw the wheels away. This should not happen. This makes the Polaris not work properly.
Broken wheel on hose This would of been great but a couple wheels on hose were cracked. This appeared used.
One of the threaded fittings on the holes with crack totally and half on one side One fittings on the hose that screws onto the body was cracked totally in half I had to put a screw clamp to keep it in place
