Unit performance! Overall it works fine. A few issues here and there but the unit does what it’s supposed to do. I had an issue in the first hour but I contacted support and they took care of it in a fairly quick period of time. Although I had to wait 4 hours for their support to get back to me.
Quality The tail section of unit came undone during fifth time we used it.
Outstanding! This gets leaves and trash out my pool with so much less effort and it keeps the walls brushed at the same time!
It’s not worth the money The Polaris wheels keep coming off. We have to constantly check the pool and the net to make sure we don’t throw the wheels away. This should not happen. This makes the Polaris not work properly.
Quality on these is not as good as it used to be. This is the third or fourth won i have purchased. Quality has really gone down. But the customer service is good.
Broken wheel on hose This would of been great but a couple wheels on hose were cracked. This appeared used.
One of the threaded fittings on the holes with crack totally and half on one side One fittings on the hose that screws onto the body was cracked totally in half I had to put a screw clamp to keep it in place
works great (when it works ) This is a great above ground pool cleaner , Unfortunately it will sometimes get caught on the ladder or curl up and only do part of the job . When it works it does a great job and it almost eliminates the need to vacuum!
Good product/poor quality Bought this product in spring of 2022 because it was recommended by friend. Installation was very simple and vacuum does a good job. However there is a problem with the wheels. The front wheel fell off the first day we installed it. Found the screw in the vac basket and the wheel in the skimmer. Went to put it back together and it appears the screw is stripped and will not tighten.
