Cleans the pool very well. The issue is I have had it for 3 weeks and used 3 times. Went to use the 4th time and an error message came up that the battery needs replacing. Know I have to take it back where I purchased it to have it looked at.

The Polaris Freedom is great! I love how easy it is to use and it does a fantastic job of cleaning the pool. It even cleaned up sand that had been in the bottom of the pool. I read that nothing would clean sand but my Polaris did. It has made my pool look great and my life so much easier.

The Polaris Freedom works as advertised. It is very effective at cleaning the pool. I think the App is a little “oversold” since it can’t connect with the Freedom when it is in the water (unless I’m not understanding it). Best results are obtained when the Freedom is used at least every other day.

Our cordless Polaris Freedom robot vacuum is great. We have always done manual vacuuming and this little guy not only saves us time but limits the amount of backwashing we have to do as well! He cleans our inground pool with ease, has no issues with the slope to the deepend and even climbs the walls! Not only does this charge quickly, but the app notifies when almost done to remove him from the pool. Amazing purchase!

This product is very easy to clean and seems to do a pretty good job thus far. Sometimes it’s tough to retrieve through the narrow handle when in the deep end with the hook. Overall, nice cleaner.
