I have only had the pool cleaner for a few weeks. So far, it has done well. Exactly as advertised. The real test will come this fall. I live in a wooded area and the pool is fairly close to thee trees. It is a real battle keeping the pool clean during the autumn leaf fall. That will be the real test. But so far it is working well, and it is great not having to wrestle with umbilical power cords and remote power units like my old pool cleaner has. This is a real improvement in technology.

Works great! Climbs right over our drains. (Which was a huge concern of ours because a lot of cleaners don’t go over the drains - they sometimes get stuck on them)

Love the ease of use, just put it in the pool and leave it. I don't have a screen enclosure, the Freedom pickes up all of the larger debris.

1 month of use and I love it. Yes it has a few cons when compared to wired cleaners, removal from the pool, loss of wifi signal etc., but the cleaning power and algorithm is every bit as good as any wired cleaner I've ever seen, and the lack of a cable running across my pool deck, and super easy cleanup and compact storage FAR outweighs the cons. Battery with 2 1/2 hr runtime is more than enough for my 10,000 gal pool.

This unit is awesome! The only drawback is it loses signal once it goes under the water so you lose the timing clock that first begins when you start it. The manual says that when it’s charging if you get a blinking green light that the charger is bad so I took the first unit back and exchanged it. The second unit did the same thing and I just let it charge up and used it a couple of times and it is fine. I think it is a mistake in the manual, otherwise I would have given it five stars . While most of the functions do go away when the cordless product is submerged, the countdown clock should remain visible and continue if you are using iAquaLink 6.8 or beyond. There are a lot of flashing lights so we want to help you with the charging situation.
