Great product . Really does a good clean of the pool . It gets every little bit of stuff out of the pool even stuff the eye can’t see . I recommend this product .

Our P825 picks up large debris well, however does a horrible job with sand and dirt. It's almost like dirt is just recirculated into the water, so an hour after the cleaner is done the dirt settles back on the bottom of the pool. We're using the basket that came with the cleaner, we've just ordered a fine mesh basket so hopefully that may solve the issue. But very frustrating.

This cleaner works great when the rubber tracks on front and sides don’t fall off. Not sure why this is happening but it’s happening so frequently now I can guaranty that when I put it in to clean I will find the rubber tracks on pool floor and side tracks off. I took to pool store to see if it can be repaired but I would not recommend this model and not for the price.

Impossible to get anyone on the phone. Called this am and was told I had a 6 minute wait. 18 minutes later I was told my wait was less than 15 minutes. My unit has been broken for 5-6 weeks. I am told by the staff at the store I bought the unit that it is under warranty but 'due to COVID' there are no parts available to fix it. There is no time frame of when the parts will be shipped. I am supposed to 'hold tight'. Meanwhile my pool looks like shit. Sounds to me as if Polaris is refusing to honor their warranty.
This cleaner was okay (I wish there was a 2.5 star). It is easy to use and the basket is easy to clean. The biggest problem I had was durability. It stopped working correctly after 2 seasons. Had it in for repairs and was still doing the same thing (run for a little bit and then stop).

It’s a solid vacuum when it doesn’t get stuck on the bottom drains. I ran it today and it got stuck 4 times in 20 minutes. Definitely not a vacuum you can turn on and forget about it.

The Polaris will pass over an extremely small left 20 times and never pick it up. It pretty much picks up nothing.

I have a P825 that has been in the shop at Leslie's Pool Supply in Tomball, TX for 4 months. They tell me that the cord from the system to the cleaner is bad and it is under warranty. However, they have said that Polaris is not producing any of these cords and they have not been able to repair it because of this. Is anyone else having the same problem?
