Climbs and scrubs walls. Pulls out fine dirt and dog hair. Leaves the pool looking clean and inviting.
The cable gets tangled within ten minutes of running. I try everything to prevent it and it does not matter. You know it's an issue because you put a swivel on the next gen latest cleaner.

This machine is NOT worth the money paid for it. When you lift the unit out of the pool half of the contents from the basket get sucked back into the pool. Very disappointing.

Mediocre cleaning. Cycle ends too fast. Won't climb walls. My old Aquabot Turbo Classic does a better job cleaning pool.

The machine works pretty well...it cleans really well where it goes...it just doesn’t go everywhere. I had to run it 4 times in a row initially...the pool was very dirty. It still left dirt triangles where it never went.
We just purchased our Polaris P825 and cannot get it to move to the shallow end. It stays in the deep end at all times.

We bought the polaris P825 02/17 , it broke down 8 months ago and it was replaced because there was a factory problem with the cleaner, well it broke again 2 days ago. Stay away from the robotic pool cleaner, my sister bought a DOLPHIN 6 years ago and is still running , I will not waist my money again with Polaris!

Christina (as she is fondly referred to) scrubs like a hard working wench! She tends to repeat herself, but then which woman don't! Jokes aside, she really does an excellent job, but as most, does not do windows....I mean steps. She avoids them like the plague and falls over backwards when attempting the ascension. She does however manage to climb up onto the martini seat in the deep end which amazes me, but then again being a martini seat..... possibly conjures up a robotic mental mirage of a cool reward....who knows!
