I’ve had my Polaris 825 for about 4 years with no issues, but the past days I’ve noticed it’s getting stuck at the cords furthest length. Today I ran it and watched it closely. The unit is only going in one direction and will not reverse direction. Took apart the unit and still can not locate the solution. Any help would be appreciated
Received the P825 and am not impressed. My pool has some sand/dirt at the bottom surface that the robot cannot clean. It will pick up the fine particles then disburse them through the filter and back into the pool. Next day, the sand/dirt settle back at the bottom. I hope I have not wasted my money. I purchased this after my cleaner died. I had my other water tech blue pearl cleaner for 12years and loved it. My main issue is the cleaner is hanging up on my drain. I love the design and the caddy but if it hangs on the drain I will have to return it. It is pointless to have a unit that I have to monitor and continue to remove from the drain. Any assistance would be of great help on this.

okay, but I have not received the $75 rebate that I was told that I would get. I have a hard time telling friends and family to purchase things from you when I feel that I have been lied to.
It cleans pool 75% of the time. There is no timer to work with. It runs approximately 1.5 hrs a cycle. I wish there is a timer so I can decide how long I can run it for....
Climbs and scrubs walls. Pulls out fine dirt and dog hair. Leaves the pool looking clean and inviting.
The cable gets tangled within ten minutes of running. I try everything to prevent it and it does not matter. You know it's an issue because you put a swivel on the next gen latest cleaner.
This machine is NOT worth the money paid for it. When you lift the unit out of the pool half of the contents from the basket get sucked back into the pool. Very disappointing.
