We purchased the cleaner because we live on a sandy hill and need something to clean sand from the bottom of the pool. It does not clean the bottom on the pool at all

Previous Hayward pool cleaner worked better.. the Polaris cleaner doesn’t remove dirt from floor of the pool.

I’ve had my Polaris 825 for about 4 years with no issues, but the past days I’ve noticed it’s getting stuck at the cords furthest length. Today I ran it and watched it closely. The unit is only going in one direction and will not reverse direction. Took apart the unit and still can not locate the solution. Any help would be appreciated

Received the P825 and am not impressed. My pool has some sand/dirt at the bottom surface that the robot cannot clean. It will pick up the fine particles then disburse them through the filter and back into the pool. Next day, the sand/dirt settle back at the bottom. I hope I have not wasted my money. The General Purpose Filter comes standard with the Polaris P825 and isn't built for the fine sand and dirt that your cleaner is missing. I purchased this after my cleaner died. I had my other water tech blue pearl cleaner for 12years and loved it. My main issue is the cleaner is hanging up on my drain. I love the design and the caddy but if it hangs on the drain I will have to return it. It is pointless to have a unit that I have to monitor and continue to remove from the drain. Any assistance would be of great help on this.

okay, but I have not received the $75 rebate that I was told that I would get. I have a hard time telling friends and family to purchase things from you when I feel that I have been lied to.

It cleans pool 75% of the time. There is no timer to work with. It runs approximately 1.5 hrs a cycle. I wish there is a timer so I can decide how long I can run it for....
