Pool cleaner works great and does a fantastic job of picking up smaller debris. The only issue I have is that the hose keeps getting tangled which prevents the cleaner from reaching a small part of the far end of the pool. I followed the instructions on cutting the hose to match the size of my pool, but I am still having this issue.

I ordered a Polaris from Amazon and it arrived, but with only one of the three wheels attached, and it was not the drive wheel. The other two wheels were in a sealed bag with other parts, but looked like there was a piece broken off of each one. I contacted Polaris and they said that it should arrive with all three wheels attached. So I returned it to Amazon who fully refunded me. Had no idea how worn out our previous pool car was! The new one was easy to install & does a great job cleaning the pool. The sweeping “tail” is great!

Quick delivery of product as promised. Easy to set up (as per easy to follow directions). Cleans pool bottom rapidly and completely. Much more efficient than previously used product.

Right out of the box it was easy to install and within an hour it had my pool looking great! I love that the bag is designed to keep the debris contained inside when the booster pump turns off (though it does make it harder to clean the bag out entirely). This is so powerful it picked up twigs with leaves attached, items I would have normally had to fish out with the skimmer net. Love my new Polaris!
