I would not own a pool without a pool vac, makes keeping it clean a lot easier. This is my second one the first one lasted almost fourteen years with only moderate repair towards the end of life cycle.

My "old" model 380 (about 10 yrs old) wasn't working very well, to "fix" cost about as much as a new one. My Poll Service people recommended I get a 280 model instead of a 380, because you had made some good changes to the 280 - and it was all i needed. They were correct.

My 280 works great! Picks up leaves, sticks, dirt and small toys off the bottom.

Polaris is THE NAME for pool cleaners. This is my second one. The first lasted over 11 years with only two minor part replacements.

The cleaner picks up debris well but continuously gets stuck in the corners. It’s quite frustrating.
