The most important thing to know is to cut the lead hose to the depth of your pool. i liked how easy it was to install. When you cut the hoses as instructed, they do not tangle up. Instructions are ok, but You-tube made it simple.

This is the one you want Bought it to replace one just like it after nine years of use. Could have probably rebuilt old one but just was lazy and thought this was easiest.

What’s a ‘dickie bird’? Not sure but my Dad used to say it. Replaced a 7-8 year old Polaris that was getting too old. This new one is problem free and runs like a ‘dickie bird’.
Not very durable. Suction is great. Durability is the problem. Had mine less than a season and it has almost quit pulling and can tell that it is stripping out the wheels. I'll let you know about tech support and customer service as soon as I figure out how to get them.
