Have used Polaris products for 19 years. Hopefully this model will work as well or better than the 380 model I did have.
The Polaris 280 has been doing a great job keeping our new pool clean. Takes some adjusting to get the floats and weights positioned right so that the hose does not get tangled and the tail stays down but once adjusted works well.

Great unit, had Polaris 360, the 280 was recommended by my pool store and it works much better than my old 360. Great buy!
Works well when not tangled up in knots
Our Polaris died at the beginning of summer. After a few weeks we realized we couldn’t get thru the season without “tubby”. We purchased our nbr 2 and we are back in business. We loved ours so much we even named it.
