PREFERRED FORD IN GRAND HAVEN - LAST VISIT I called and made an appointment for my routine oil change. The customer service was great. He was courteous, found me a time just a few days away, and I felt satisfied with his performance. Then I dropped the car off, the service was done in a timely manner and with a positive attitude. Thank you for your hard work and dedication to Ford. (I have had Ford products for nearly half my life and have never had an issue I could not get resolved.)
Great Customer Service This Dealership has been anything but Spectacular from the Sales Department to Finance to the Service Department, I would highly recommend this Dealership to anyone purchasing a vehicle. Outstanding Customer Service I recently bought a used car from this dealership. I can't say enough good things about my buying experience with Mike Sobiechowski. Both he and other staff at the dealership went beyond my expectations and any other buying experience I've had with purchasing a vehicle (new or used). 2014 Edge Had some miscommunication with sales person,,, but John Sweeny was able to get things straight and received a fair price.
Good service Went in to look at trucks and was helped immediatly. I was able to go inside and find the trucks with different options that I wanted before going outside and test driving them. The salesman I had was very honest and worked to get me a truck that had all the options I wanted even though it was not on their lot.
