PREFERRED FORD IN GRAND HAVEN - LAST VISIT I called and made an appointment for my routine oil change. The customer service was great. He was courteous, found me a time just a few days away, and I felt satisfied with his performance. Then I dropped the car off, the service was done in a timely manner and with a positive attitude. Thank you for your hard work and dedication to Ford. (I have had Ford products for nearly half my life and have never had an issue I could not get resolved.)

Great Customer Service This Dealership has been anything but Spectacular from the Sales Department to Finance to the Service Department, I would highly recommend this Dealership to anyone purchasing a vehicle. This is my Second purchase from Preferred and wouldn't consider anyone else. Salesman David Ramos has been Phenomenal and I would Highly recommend him if your in the market for a vehicle.

The 5+ Dealer I live in a north suburb of Chicago, had been looking for a Nissan 350Z for over a month, and couldn't find a single car which matched what I was looking for. Outstanding Customer Service I recently bought a used car from this dealership. I can't say enough good things about my buying experience with Mike Sobiechowski. Good service Went in to look at trucks and was helped immediatly. I was able to go inside and find the trucks with different options that I wanted before going outside and test driving them. The salesman I had was very honest and worked to get me a truck that had all the options I wanted even though it was not on their lot. The finance manager is a nice guy who explains the different options you have for warranties and insurance without pressuring you into purchasing anything.
