Awsome sales and service I bought my Explorer through Preferred Ford and David Riemersma, it was great from begining to end. When I came in for service, I had the same experience. I would have all of my friends go to this dealership, I have Never been treated so well!

My experience I just purchased a Escape from Preferred Ford. My salesperson was Tonya Bennett. She made the whole experience pain free and fun! Everyone there that day was very kind and friendly. The manager even came over to congratulate me on my purchase. I would definitely recommend visiting Preferred Ford for your next car! I appreciated the time they took to listen to me and my desires. They helped me pick out a 2013! Never did I think I would own such a newer car! I LOVE it!!

Great Customer Service and not pushy My experience with preferred ford was pleasant, I was there on vacation and decided to go look at cars. The salesman that helped me out was Mike Sobiechowski, he was very knowledgeable and helpful he was not pushy at all, if you want a great salesman make sure you ask for Mike, everyone in there was very friendly and they all were helpful but when I buy my car I will for sure got and see Mike Sobiechowski, he will give you the red carpet experience.

Service without an attitude. I HAVE AN AUTHORIZED FORD DEALER / SERVICE LOCATED ABOUT THREE MILES FROM MY HOME, BUT NEVER TAKE MY FORD THERE FOR ANYTHING. I ALWAYS TAKE MY FORD TO PREFERRED FORD IN GRAND HAVEN, MI. ABOUT 20 MINUTES AWAY. THE SERVICE PEOPLE ARE CONCERNED ABOUT CUSTOMERS NEEDS, AND SEEM TO LISTEN TO WHAT I WANT.
