Satisfied Customer My car was totaled in a white out in January and now I needed antoher car. Maintenance on a 2008 Ford Taurus X I had the 90,000 mile check up performed by Preferred Ford in Grand Haven, MI. In addition to an oil change and filter I had a tune up along with a needed radiator flush. It was discovered both belts had wear and cracks beginning to show. Both belts were replaced. I had the tires rotated and asked about wear. I was told not to worry because the tread was still sufficient. Positive Pre-Owned Car Buying Experience I planned well in advance for replacing our Ford Escape and stopped into Preferred Ford in June of 2013 explaining that in the first quarter of 2014 I would be ready to replace our vehicle.
