Great friendly staff.. Bought my new truck here at Preferred Ford in Grand Haven, MI and had the most pleasant experience. Mr. Michael St. Cyr did a fantasic job finding the truck we were looking for. My wife and I are so happy we decided to stop by when we were looking for a vehicle. Their service dept. is also friendly and courteous and always on time. Thank you all so much.

happy man I was looking for a truck and they did not have the one I wanted so they were going to find one that I wanted and the next day I went back they had the truck I was looking for. Thanks from happy man.

ZERO Response Dealership Had my car into Preferred Ford, Grand Haven for two issues back in March. One of the issues was that the windshield wipers on my 2022 Edge were scratching my windshield. They told me that they needed to write up a special Ford Corporate ticket for approval to replace under warranty, and they would get back to me. I waited three months with no contact. In July, i left three separate voicemails to the service manager (he never answers his phone) with details of the issue, what i was told by his staff, ... read more

DO NOT BUY USED CAR FROM THEM! DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM HERE!! Had the car less than a week.....engine light comes on and they tell me I need a new exhaust flex pipe. Which is dangerous to drive like that. CLEARLY...they are either ...scamming me...so don't take your car there for repair or second, they don't properly inspect their cars. Either way...very shady.
