Do Not Recommend I live 3 hours away from the dealership and my car was delivered to me in an unacceptable condition. The alignment was visibly off upon driving and the car had an intense smoke odor. I obtained a report prior to purchasing stating that maintenance and inspection (including a wheel alignment and brake work) had already been performed. Recall Appt.time 11:15am call at 4:40 pm on hold for 10 minutes then the service rep (Brice) rude well we are busy can you call give a update. When will it be done maybe 1 hour to 1.5 hours more we are busy but I had a appointment at 11:15. No call we forgot to call and tell you it is done different rep (Brice ) done for the day. Not Great service
Software Glitch!! Not impressed with the advertised price being a “software glitch”. They never even tried to correct it, just left me hanging! Would not recommend them to anyone.

Service Had my winter tires installed on car. Told in advance that I needed shuttle service. I had to wait one hour for the driver to arrive. Also was told the service would take 2 to 4 hours but car was there for 6.5 hours before it was done.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE This is my second bad experience with Preferred Ford of Grand Haven. Today I picked up my car after taking it in to have the drivers side seat heater repaired. They misunderstood or blatantly disregarded what I asked for upon calling for service and replaced the blower motor in the vehicles heater. They tried stating when they tested it, it was blowing cold air. I drive this car on a regular, if not daily basis. The heat worked FINE and fast. Engineer Worked hard to locate and deliver the truck I wanted and did so within the timeframe I needed. When it came time to close the deal there was a discrepancy on what the warranty of the vehicle should be. In the end, they stood by their word and delivered what they said they would. Mistakes happen. It's how the mistakes are made right that counts. They made it right.

Ford has Failed 10/16/2017 Leased a 2017 F150 with 339 miles on it took it back on 10-20 with 455 miles with a shimmy in trans service manager Matt said that they would not look at it unless it had at least 1,000 miles on it he stated," Drive it put 1,000 or two on."
