I went smoothly. They will definitely help you everytime you call because of how confusing it is nowadays but we got it all done within a week. A+
While in the middle of closing on our house Katie and Becky of Jacksonville were SO helpful and assisted us with navigating the renting process (as first-timers). Katie was extremely responsive and pushed to have the rental ready for us urgently. Becky was great in explaining all the details of what to do, what was needed, and all the information moving forward with renting. Without these two I don't know what I would have done!
So far so good! Becky Leadley and Debbie (leasing agent) were a delight to work with and were able to expedite our move-in to meet a tight timeline. House is in great condition upon move-in- have not had any issues so far. Overall a smooth and fairly painless rental experience!
