I had a problem with my dishwasher. It was leaving a horrible chalk-like residue on my dishes. The first repairman that came on Monday, 1/24 "fiddled around" with the inside and said he couldn't help me as he wasn't a plumber. When he left, I ran it and not only did it leave the residue, it did not drain! Scott Jones, from Progress, came on Thursday, 1/27 and checked it out. Said I needed a new pump and ordered it. He installed it this morning, 2/3, and it is working now! Scott always comes when he is scheduled and always does a great job! Please let him know how much I appreciate him! He's great!
